“The Pharmacy Team is very efficient and friendly. I'd come in from a hot day and being sick and Debbie whom works in the Pharmacy saw that I was distressed. She left the Pharmacy and brought me an ice cold water. This was over and beyond her work description. She showed empathy and kindness. I believe she's a wonderful person and the entire team is just as concerned with providing exceptional service to the public. I recommend this Pharmacy in particular.

The pharmacist, Kim was super attentive and had what we needed. I called my son's doctor back, he immediately called in my son's prescription. I'm happy to say the transition was quick and smooth. “We stop in here quite often when the Stop & Shop in New Milford is closed and we need several items and don't feel like spending more at Big Y. I love that it's open until midnight, that's really helpful if you need a quick item. The store is always clean, bright, and well stocked. The bakery is great! The banana bread and blueberry muffins are amazing! The vanilla cupcakes we bought were moist and fresh, and they tasted wonderful. Always check the dates on the cakes, they print when they made them, which is great because you know how fresh they are. The store has lots more balloons and flowers than the Danbury locations. The flowers were all very nice with a huge selection. They had a cute display with pumpkins. The meats were good. The produce was still hit or miss. The watermelons looked fine, but the berries didn't look too good. The staff were all very nice and very helpful as usual, especially the young man working the self checkouts. Self checkout is great, they run it well. The only issue is the seafood, it doesn't look or smell too fresh. Other than that, this store is still good. 4 stars”

“This CVS is great. I don't know what all the compalints are about. The manager is exceptional (curlyish red hair), and the Pharmacy people are doing a bang up job having hired most of the terrific folks from the old Rite Aid that closed down some months ago.
No one gets 5 stars from me unless I win the Lottery while waiting on line. Or a pedicure while-u-wait. Otherwise, they'd get 5 stars.”

“Super friendly staff who are great with patient education and pricing concerns, and they are quite fast at filling prescriptions! I’m also impressed that they took the time to ask specifically about me and my family and get to know us. That level of patient engagement and communication makes it feel almost like a family practice clinic (except with cereal and eggs next to you) and I appreciate that extra effort!”
