“During a really hard situation Anabel went above and beyond and took time to discuss to me about my options and also repaired my car that was hit pretty good and crunched look back to the same as it did before and working with this shop was the easiest part of the whole situation. Thanks everyone ! espically Anabel.”
“I recently took my car to Next Level Automotive for an inspection and it turned out it needed tires and brakes. They got my car done in a timely manner and they are very professional. I highly recommend them. No job is too big or too small.”
“Gavin was the absolute professional. Was out to service my truck with a smile on a Sunday afternoon. Arrived 30 minutes prior to the time that was given. Changed it quick and got us back in service.Nice to see such hard work ethic in a young person. Trait that seems to be lostServices: Tires”
“My wife and I are new to the area. Last week her car died. We brought it to the nearest repair shop (not Green’s) in Rhinebeck. They replaced the battery and the car made it home. Our next time using the car it started to lose power. The repair shop never diagnosed the car and just assumed it was the battery. We found Green’s and it just so happened to be 3 minutes from home. We had enough charge to make it to Green’s and dropped it off on Friday night. We left the key in the drop box and a note on the car. First thing Monday, Art called to tell us the alternator was bad. When we picked the car up, We paid the bill and Art mentioned he replaced the serpentine belt as well. Art was great! We paid a very fair price and couldn’t be happier with the prompt attention to our commuter car. We found ourselves a real gem in Green’s! We always prefer to support local and if you’re in the area, I believe you can trust Art to be fair, take care of your vehicle without feeling taken. Highly recommend Art and Green’s! Thanks for the prompt, fair and attentive service!”

“Joan and Bill are very respectable and courteous people, their services is impeccable,They are quick with their repairs and always upfront with all issues and costs.
I had a lot of issues with my vehicles several times And they went out of their way to find the part I needed. I’ve been going to them for years and they have always tried their best to find the parts I needed in a timely matter. Its very hard to find honest, hard working people for there clients. Joan and bill are definitely very good at what they do and I recommend them 100%. Thanks for everything always ??”

“I had a flat while traveling, and I did not know the area. This can be scary, especially for a female. Rob provided road side assistance and he was AMAZING! What a Kind, honest and helpful man… in a world where this is not common at all…even the office staff had the same kind and friendly demeanor. Thank you for the renewed faith in mankind, truly!!! I cannot say enough about how positive of an experience this was, if I lived in the area they would have a customer for life!”
“I have a Hybrid car and today Lake had to give me a tow bc car completely died. The driver tried his best to jump start car but wasn’t working so the boss did research and told me how to reset my EV battery. It was so helpful bc I had no clue. They have always helped us w any tow issues so going beyond to figure this problem out was extremely helpful.
Thank You”
