Used Elmas for over 10 years. They were fantastic when vicki was there then Becca was brought on and all personability went out the window. Everything was email only where before a call was always andwered. I had to chase them down for a milage deduction that they fought tooth and nail to try and not give me. Then they tell me this year they're no longer going to do my taxes. Wonder why that is lol? I never write reviews but this story needs telling. Go to H&R block before considering this place. ✌️

One of the least competent businesses I've worked with. They seem to be stuck in 1995. Their lack of record keeping will keep them harassing you for years to come! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else and if you make the mistake if using them be sure to hold your receipts for at least five years or they may pop out of no where demanding to be paid again.

One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever had dealings with we used Becca had a meeting with her late March said she had everything she needed to complete our business taxes in May we called to check the status left multiple messages multiple weeks waiting for her to call us back finally at the end of May we spoke with the owner who looked in our file and had to have us come in for an appointment that she was booking in late June asked why and told her no I want to speak with Becca two days later Becca calls us and tells us to come get our taxes because she couldn’t handle them. If you’re just filing a single return I’m sure they do a great job but they definitely do not have the knowledge to do taxes for a business with three employees very disappointed after they came highly recommended to us.
