Well organized place which seems well stocked. Sells microfiber cloths, various car / glass / wheel cleaners etc as well as more specialized parts which are accessed by a sales professional behind the counter.

I want to give a shout out and A 5 star review to the this advanced auto store in Pawling , I limped my 2007 Chevy Tahoe into the parking lot (from the sawmill river parkway)with an apparent charging system failure, they did a quick diagnostic check on my charging system, found that it was a bad alternator,they had a new alternator in stock , they lent me tools and I changed it in the parking lot in about a half an hour , thank you to Josh and your co working for all that you helped me with to get me up and running

I just had the worst experience. I went in looking to see if by chance if they have a truck bed extender. The lady at the front looked at me as if I had five heads. She waits about a minute just looking at me as if I am stupid and says “a what??” She said she will ask the store manager. She went to go ask him and he was very short and said he was busy. But in such a hostile way. Okay that’s fine. But then asked another coworker Joshua who was very kind by the way and she said you can explain this to him what you need in a nasty way. He had to help a costumer before but at that point I was so disgusted by the way I was treated. By the manager and the woman working the front. Luckily another customer was there and heard what was going on. He knew exactly what I needed with the truck bed extender and pointed me in the right direction. The manager waved me off and the woman was very rude. I was never made to feel so stupid in my life. Thank you Joshua for being kind and the other customer to help make me feel not stupid.

I had issues with my battery on my Ford Ranger. The young guy with the glasses was really helpful and very nice. I appreciate the service I got at the Pawling location!

Good location that is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. They usually have what I went there for which is always a good thing. Most of the people that work there are nice but theres one in particular that has a bad attitude pretty much every time I’ve been in there(I choose not to deal with her).

We suspected that my wife's car needed a new battery and went to Advance in Pawling to check it out. David took excellent care of us. He was knowledgeable, personable, and quick. It turned out that we did need a battery - and I am very glad that we went to Advance to get it.
