“My daughter purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from this dealership, and it has been a disappointing experience. The suspension had serious issues that should have been identified before the vehicle was sold. The ride was rough, and the car did not feel safe or drive as expected. I expected the dealership to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before putting it on the lot, but that clearly didn't happen. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle here without having it independently inspected first.
UPDATE:
I was disappointed to find out that the 2018 Honda Accord I purchased had a suspension issue, but I really appreciate how the dealership handled everything after. They listened to my concerns, kept me informed throughout the process, and worked to resolve the problem without giving me the runaround. While it wasn't the experience I expected at first, their professionalism and customer service made a big difference. I'm happy with the way they stood behind the vehicle.”
