The facility is clean, secure , dry, temperature controlled, and accessible any time. The rates are reasonable and a good value for what you get, in addition the staff there was very pleasant and easy to work with. I will be storing things there again.

I moved my storage to Pawling in March. The facility is clean, temperature controlled and accessible. Sarah signed me up for two units. She is more than helpful and accommodating. Sarah was so professional and knowledgeable that it made the move and subsequent paperwork a breeze to deal with. Julie…a happy client!

We have had a unit here for more than 8 years. Always clean, well lit, safe. A very good value with easy access and friendly front desk.

I downsized 3 years ago and put many things in storage that I anticipated my grown children would need/want. My experience with Clancy has been fantastic. Facilities are temp controlled and spotless. Access is easy. When I have needed help going in to see "what/who wanted/needed", Lisa was more than helpful setting up a time to have someone help us move large things, tag things to be moved etc. She would then coordinate with Clancy Moving (who I also highly recommend) to have the items brought to their destination. She is a doll and always happy to help, remembers me each time I have contacted her.Overall a superior experience in "storage". Highly recommend!

I researched a number of storage facilities from Danbury through Putnam and Dutchess counties. I chose Clancy, have been renting from them since last July, and just purchased a second unit. The facility is climate controlled and immaculate. The staff has been GREAT and the prices are very reasonble. 5 stars!

Clancy's self storage is excellent!! I was moving and in need of a storage unit in a short period of time (I wanted indoor temperature controlled) and I was lucky enough to find one at Clancy's. From the first contact I knew this was the right place for me. Lisa was always friendly, knowledgeable, responsive (quick response time) and most accommodating.

This is an excellent storage facility. It is well organized, clean, climate controlled, secure, and the service is excellent. The office is friendly, helpful and staffed consistently during hours of operation. I've recommended to many people for when they are in need of a storage facility.
