The Pharmacy Team is very efficient and friendly. I'd come in from a hot day and being sick and Debbie whom works in the Pharmacy saw that I was distressed. She left the Pharmacy and brought me an ice cold water. This was over and beyond her work description. She showed empathy and kindness. I believe she's a wonderful person and the entire team is just as concerned with providing exceptional service to the public. I recommend this Pharmacy in particular.

I just wanted to say Thank you to the pharmacy staff and pharmacist that worked today. I had an appointment at PM pediatrics for my son who had a really bad ear infection. The doctor thought Hannaford pharmacy closed at 6p but they actually closed at 5p. I realized this after they called in the antibiotics and I called the pharmacy to confirm. The staff member was so pleasant and empathic as she had kids of her own. She spoke with the pharmacist and although she didn't make any promises, she encouraged me to get there as soon as possible, as she thought they would still be there by 507p which is when by GPS told me would arrive from the urgent care. My husband ran inside and was able to get my son's antibiotics. This gesture was greatly appreciated. A few minutes more of their time made a world of difference for us. Thank you so much. This was the first time we used your pharmacy but we will be using it regularly now.

Quick and personable. Spoke to me like a human being, unlike CVS. Plus, they make sure my medication is in stock ahead of time, unlike chain pharmacys. Has that small-town pharmacy feel and I love it! They care, and it shows.

Seafood department staff are never here if it’s not closed there’s no one behind the counter to help and no one else can help multiple times waited half hour or longer and no one shows up

I recently moved and picked Hannaford's Pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. The people who work at this pharmacy are lovely, kind and extremely helpful. I appreciate having the "local" pharmacy feeling and I can grocery shop there too!

Received terrible service this morning. First i came to the register and no one was there. Light was on. I wasn't sure should I take my groceries out or what. Waited, waited. Then a woman shows up and asks me to ring a customer who came after me, ahead of me bcs he only has grapes. I said fine no problem. That took about 6 minutes for one grapes. Then shes apologizing to a customer behind me and completely ignoring me, like it was all my fault for her unprofessionalism. I wonder why i received such treatment Not going back. Register 004, Cashier 0113. Date 11/6/22, time 7:36am.

Hannaford has the best quality meet in the area for mainstream grocery stores. And the sales are great. For example, this past week bone-in NY strip steaks were on sale for $6.99. We called ahead and asked the butcher to custom cut steaks 2" thick, and the butcher did a great job. We've similarly requested custom cut pork chops, and oh my they were good! If you just show up looking for a steak, the selection can be hit and miss. But by calling ahead, we get great meat with great service.

I am new to the area and decided to check out Hannaford. This store has a nice large parking area. The store is moderate size with a little of everything. They don't have all brands that I would like to purchase, but what makes this store stand out is the meat department. There beef and pork are excellent quality. The prices during their sales are incredible too. Josh the butcher manager is a great butcher, super nice, and knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Thank you for your great customer service.

The cashier woman I had at the checkout was very impressive She saw that I needed a cart for my 3 paper bags of groceries and she ran to go get me one Very inspiring... I do not know her name I was on checkout 3 On the receipt it says: Cashier 0103 Who was that masked cashier? She took the sting out of the inflationary prices.
