“I went with my aunt to get lab work done at Sunrise lab and was greeted by the lab tech name Lisa. She was friendly, professional, and made my aunt feel at ease as she struggles with fear of needles. The lab was clean, smelled good, and we were in and out with ease. My aunt would now like to make this her primary lab as Lisa made the process less scary and was “great at what she does” per my aunt. Usually this process is time consuming and I accompany my aunt for support and typically have to do a lot of distracting and pep talking to get her through it. I now have a teammate at Sunrise lab!
