Sure my dog came out smelling great but honestly for that price I can do just as good of a job at home. Not to mention, they are completely rude and have absolutely NO organization skills. They tell you 2 hours it takes 15 minutes or vice versa. They almost NEVER answer the phone and if they do they will tell you you have to leave a message because they’re busy. Guess what? I tried that and they NEVER contacted me back. Do NOT recommend wasting your money here.

LOVE Planet Groom! its the only place I take my dog to for grooming. They are super kind and caring to all of the pets. My dog always looks (and smells) great when done. They are very accommodating to what my needs are and changes that I want to make in his grooming care. Happy pup, Happy mom!

I just love this little spot. The staff are great & always caring with little fur baby. The do a great job of clipping my little ones hair & always ask for my preferences.Last week was our first visit since Covid started. They are taking the precautionary measures in stride and doing a great job on both sides of the counter.Hand sanitizer is avail, plastic barrier in place & payments by credit card made me feel more than safe. She now looks adorable again as opposed to an abominable snowman! I'd have to say, I feel she likes going here as opposed to other places we've tried in the past. It had been months since we were last here due to Covid. We went short as it's summer with the summer heat & all.
