“I brought in 3 watches to sell/ trades. Alex was very easy to work with and gave me a fair deal for all 3 watches. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or trade their jewelry and watches. They also have a nice selection of jewelry, watches, gold and silver coins. It was a pleasure to deal with you.”
“my first time in this store and i am truly speechless. the staff was very helpful and nice. i purchased a lamp that i fell in love with at a very good price. will definitely come again !!”
“This is my second time shopping here and my second time finding something better than I could have hoped for. The owner struck me a good deal, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. See you next time!”
“I've been living in Hastings for 20 years, and this is by far my favorite shop. Fonda is an absolute gem. A gorgeous selection of vintage and antique jewelry and home decor. To anyone visiting the rivertowns or Westchester county, Surburban Renewal is an absolute must visit!
As of 2/9/24 they do not accept apple pay, bring cards or cash! Trust me, you can't walk out of this quaint little shop and not buy something. There is something for everyone!”

“I just adored this place! This shop is so full of girly surprises and gems. You can find something you hadn’t even seen after your 3rd time passing through a room. I absolutely loved the French and Victorian theme, that was not lost on me. Just a darling store run by a lovely lady, very kind and a pleasure to meet her!”
“I have bought furniture, pictures, clothing, etc., from Gene since the 1990s. Incredible store she has an eye for quality and reasonable prices. If you are in Nyack don’t miss this shop!!!”

“What a great find in Piermont! Located right on the main strip of where the other shops are. I was in awe over the great prices & awesome finds! The only downside is that I wish it were a larger sized store to shop. Staff members were kind & very helpful.”
“When I told Roger that I am a clock collector and I am trying to learn how to fix clocks he gave me a broken shelf clock for free and told me to fix it and it is running smoothly now”
“The selection of goods at FEA Home seems limitless! After an extensive search elsewhere I was thrilled to find a very specific coffee table for my client’s living room. It was exactly what we’d been looking for. My thanks to Harlan Rose for his kind assistance throughout the transaction. He responded quickly to my emails, and arranged shipment and delivery in time to meet my install deadline. I highly recommend FEA Home for quality furnishings, and polite, professional service.”

“It’s an antique store with a large and varied selection of decorative items. The inventory ranges from small, very specific finds such as vintage keys, jewelry, shoes, and clothing, to larger pieces like furniture, chandeliers, and garden items.
The store carries a mix of antique, Victorian, modern, and designer-style pieces. It’s a place to walk through and browse slowly, as there is a wide range of objects and furniture in different sizes and styles.”

“Gary did an amazing job. It was a very difficult piece as it was a high quality Art Deco vanity that was scratched by one of my children. It wasn’t a typical refurbishment since the vanity is made of metal with a high gloss finish. I highly recommend Gary. And he’s also very friendly.”
“They did an absolutely fantastic job with my parents estate sale. They saved us a ton of work, and a ton of money. I would highly recommend them. They really got the job done!”

“Just want to clarify the Review by Nicholas.
Clint is NOT a tenant at the Brownstone Mill nor affiliated with it.
He operates his independent business across the street from a storefront on Goffle Road.
Please do not let Nicholas' encounter with Clint reflect on the many wonderful shopping experiences that have happened and continue at the Brownstone Mill.”
