Called in to ask about a photo that was taken of my car and was unable to hear the answer and i asked if it could be repeated.The representative procided to yell " we don't have" and hang up. Michelle was not one bit helpful and was extremely rude.

My experience with Bob Zuppe and his staff is superior. I had a flood in my home and he immediately took care of getting everything in motion. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to change their insurance company. I have all of my insurance needs with him. He extremely professional and caring.
