“Huge shout out to Claudia Lopez in the Paramus store. At the time of purchase I did not realize I was charged 3X for a single roll of wrapping paper. During a very stressful time in my life, she was able to research and rectify this oversight without my needing to return to the store.
Kohl’s has been my go to store. I have not adapted to the new Paramus location yet, but will absolutely make an effort to do so as a thank you for her efforts to go above and beyond!

“Just wanted to send a big thank you to your staff! I ordered the State fuzzy basketball backpack for my nephew literally 24 hours ago and he’s already received it. I was super disappointed that the State website wasn’t restocking it, but then I found it on your online store — and on sale at that! “I like shopping at this Old Navy. It’s usually not busy and they have a lot of nice clothes that I can wear to work (business casual). My definition of business casual includes jeans. The staff here is very friendly and the mall is very nice and quiet. Even on Saturday, not crowded like the nearby garden state.”

“Lines can be a bit long with only two cashiers but there are people on the floor who are helpful as well almost makes it all worth the wait when you get up to waiting on the lines. Every item is carefully curated with care given to choosing items that are both stylish/interesting and made to last! I prefer to only wear natural fibers and I love that that their clothing selection highlights garments made of linen, cotton, wool, cashmere, etc, all beautifully woven, knitted, or dyed with care. Because many items in the collection are made in small batches each item that I’ve purchased feels like my own personal treasure!”
