Dan answered and he was extremely helpful. He told me to order the item online and he would ship it out. Took him less than an hour to do so. That is great customer service. “I love Ace Hardware in River Edge cause of the paints, grills, and everything else. My program works at Ace Hardware on Tuesday's to clean the grills, sweep the floors, fix the shelves, and restock the shelves. My grandparents, Aunt Chrissy and Uncle Mike sometimes go to Ace Hardware to pick up things for their houses. I also ran into Mr. deMarrais while I was at Ace Hardware. Ace is the Place for the helpful hardware folks.”

“I recently renovated my kitchen, and the last thing to be done was selecting a paint color. I thought that would be the easiest decision among all the choices that I had just had to make, but it was overwhelming in that there were so many options. Were it not for Jane, I would likely still have several paint swatches taped to my wall, unable to make a decision. She was so incredibly helpful. Specifically, she was an excellent listener and helped me to see and think about things that otherwise would not have occurred to me. Utilizing her skills saved me money because it spared me from making a costly mistake (i.e.; having to repaint the kitchen after being dissatisfied with the color). The cherry on the sundae is that she is warm and someone with whom it is very easy to connect. Having Jane as a color consultant made all the difference, and because of her I love the the way the color of my kitchen works with everything else in the room!”

“Herb Lack Paints is a Nyack family owned business. Joseph along with his wife and son are a fixture in the Village Nyack business district.. Don't be fooled by the Paints they have have a lot more than paints. They have a great supply of Benjamin Moore paint, and do custom blending as well. They also repair screens there, and any copy of a key they have made for us always works. Their inventory includes everything from Gorilla glue to snow shovels. The family is incredibly helpful. Highly recommend a visit.”

“I can understand PC's untainted reputation of 5 stars by the local neighborhood.Glen, one of the managers, and David, are some of the most helpful people around. I bought paint from this store twice and our bathroom upgrade turned out fabulous.Why go to Home Depot when you have Paint Can right here, with everything you need? You will not get the same attentiveness and care there that you will here. Also, the prices are no cheaper at any other hardware retailer. I would rather give it to the good people of this store who work hard to retain their small business. 10/10!!!”
