Remember to put in a disconnect order if you're canceling Fios Internet Services, but returning your equipment at this location. Otherwise, Verizon will scam you, charge you for services, and not refund you.

Excellent customer service!! I needed my phone updated so I came here and I worked with Yash who was excellent. He was able to clearly explain what the trade in value was of my previous phone and was very patient while I asked a couple questions. He was very polite and respectful the whole time, he was able to transfer all my data over to the new phone. He also placed my screen protector on very nicely. I did not leave with a single question. I would highly recommend going to this location.

I could not have had a better experience! I needed to purchase a new IPhone and it went better than I could have imagined. Yash was fantastic in leading me in my purchase. He walked me through the entire purchase in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. I highly recommend them.
