I travel for work often and have used them 2x in the past for airport travel and they were on time. I called to schedule an airport pickup yesterday and dispatcher refused to schedule. Told me she wasn't going to go back and forth about why. I found a new taxi service nearby that I will use going forward, they just lost regular business.

Overall a pretty solid taxi company, 9 times out of 10 they are available. All Drivers are pretty cool and don’t talk much which is a plus. would recommend ?

I have been using Act Now for 2 1/2 years now as my "MEDICAB." They take me to and from prearranged medical appointments via Medicaid as problems with my eyes caused me to decide to be safe. John the dispatcher during the mornings and afternoons until about 4 is terrific. He will always try to make things happen. The lady who takes over later in the day IS rude and apathetic as many reviews have noted. The driver's however, are always friendly, although all of my favs are gone now for some reason. They are generally on time but if it's important or cold, call an extra 10 minutes early.I could use about 25+ other taxi services as per my health insurance, but I still use them. I've also used them for cash services as well. The wait is no difference I assure you. Generally satisfied. Love the day dispatcher John so if you can, call him. ?

Ok for Westchester area i guess but wouldn’t answer a call for me when I was stranded in Cortland.
