I do not understand the treatment towards the younger customers at this nail salon. I came in for a simple manicure and got seated rather quickly, which was great. However, quite literally 1 minute after getting handed the book of color choices, I got told to "hurry up" and pick one. I couldn't even take a few minutes to myself to decide, and once I did end up picking a color, I was told THREE TIMES by the lady who was doing my nails if I wanted to get a "better gel" for $5 more. I kindly refused this THREE TIMES, and I tried explained I don't need anything fancy because 1. I am a guitarist and 2. I have to type everyday for school AND my job. Now being that she saw I wasn't budging to spend more at this place, her attitude got even worse. The entire time she talked about how "short" and "wide" my nails were and that I could really use "tips", all while laughing under her breath. I didn't even know what to say. I have never been in a situation like this and to say I was upset, was a complete understatement. I felt humiliated and as I STILL left her a tip (I shouldn't have at all), she greeted her next customer, who was older, with a sudden exciting and welcoming attitude....Completely unbelievable. If I was treated with simple kindness and not entirely rushed during the service, or even acknowledged with some small talk, I would've definitely come back. However, I will not be doing so. The service was rushed and unprofessional, and when I asked to add an additional service for a spa pedicure, the guy said he had no time and that I should come back another day in the morning because he wants to go home. He also stated that he wanted to retire and is stressed out at work. I just nodded and didn’t say a word. Midway through my service, the manicurist insisted on a tip, which I declined. A Tip is given after the service is done not halfway. One of the technician began to spray cleaning chemicals ( Clorox, ) to clean the spa chair while sitting next to it and I'm 6 month pregnant. The pedicurist was halfway done with my pedicure and I had to sit there, smelling the Clorox for the remaining 25 minutes. At the end of the service I paid and called the next morning and spoke with the manager and he stated I should’ve told him before I left the salon and that he can’t do anything about it . The reason I didn’t call him after the service they were closing up and leaving too. It was a closing time . I told him as a business owner you are not putting clients experience first and fulfilling a great nail spa experience. I came here to relax and get my nails done after a 12 hour shift as a nurse and it will be the first and last time I come here . Theres was no apologies from the manager instead he was rude and hanged up. I highly recommend no one come here as it is not professional and lacks empathy to the customers that come here to relax

My daughter, and I came in for pedicures today. We didn't have appointments, and were taken right away.I was pleased for the most part with the service that I recieved. Although the leg massage was pretty hard, and kind of pain ful. My daughter did not get her toenails cut. They were only filed. A foot soak, and massage. NO polish, not even a coat of clear. I was charged $25 for her pedicure, and she didn't even get the same service I received. Mine was $25 as well.

I’ve gone to this salon a few times and have had decent experiences. Today, however, was not the case. The nail technician was very aggressive with my manicure. Two of my fingers started to bleed during the cleaning which has never happened before. She did not acknowledge this at all. I didn’t receive a hot towel or lotion before I was given polish. She rushed the color and did not clean up the polish left on my hands. Honestly, it was embarrassing. She seemed very rushed the entire time, despite having an appointment and it being relatively slow inside. I will not be going back.

So, I went to this place because it says on google that they’re opened until 8 PM. (first mistake. They haven’t updated their hours so apparently it’s 7:30.)Anywho, I arrive at 6 PM in hopes to get a REGULAR MANI PEDI. No gel, no acrylic, nothing. When I arrive I was told to go to the back with an older woman as she’d be doing my nails, then as I’m going to her she doesn’t even speak she gestures that she can’t take me. So they have me wait for another individual who happened to be sweeping at the time. I go to the back (which btw the chairs are half broken atleast the arm rests are and for such a profitable business they should have updated this already. Nonetheless, I sit down. She begins to do my pedicure. I notice another young lady come and start to do my nails. What in the world? It was 2 hours (supposedly) until closing why are they rushing ME? Anyways, I didn’t want to complain being this was my first time out to do anything I’d like in 2 years since having 2 babies. So as my mani is now getting done, I can’t even enjoy the pedicure because she’s grabbing my hand and I have to move one arm to the other side every 2 minutes for her to reach both sides. I still don’t say anything but remain extremely pleasant. Then, I notice my pinky is BLEEDING. I said, “what happened here?” The lady responds “sorry it’s the chair (the massage chair btw that I DESERVE to be getting since I’m PAYING for a service) and she TURNS the chair OFF. Without me asking for that. So then I respond, “well if I’m getting half the service am I getting this for half the price? Like why am I being rushed out of here for some reason, yet 3 other ladies besides me were getting their pedicures done without this nonsense. I absolutely can’t stand when nail salons rush. Id rather you tell me you CAN’T take me instead of having me get 2 services done at the same time. It’s obvious that one service will have to be cut short, and I’ll suffer and take a loss or not my nails won’t be given the full attention because of the failed attempt to multitask. Anyways, the lady apologized quickly but probably didn’t understand what I was requesting which was to STOP doing my nails and let my pedicure be done. So she turns the chair back on and resumes to attempt to do my manicure with my hand shaking from the massage chair. Of which then I was already growing in frustration and becoming irritable. I just turned it off and suffered. I was extremely uncomfortable when that’s supposed to be the most relaxing thing to do for a woman. I forgot to mention that the one who began my pedicure couldn’t even finish it because the one doing my mani was using the color. So they sent her to clean and told the other to do my toes. Absolutely chaotic and unprofessional. Maybe it’s because they think I don’t make money since I look young, so they treat us like the lower class. I truly do not think they would have pulled this with a Caucasian or an upper class person who LOOKED the part and had an attitude. I say this because two women next to me were Caucasian and were enjoying their pedicure AFTER getting their manicure. I left the store and paid FULL price PLUS TIP because my mother raised me better and it’s not the manicurist fault that her boss told her to do such a terrible disservice and rushed job. When put to dry, no massage no conversation just terrible. I left and was perturbed. Less than 12 hours later this is my nail. I have YET to do any dishes, anything with water, and this is what I have to go on vacation with because of the lack of time, expertise, skill and care that this salon had to offer. I WILL NOT RETURN BUT I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OR SOME SORT OF RECTIFICATION for this failed ATTEMPT AT A BASIC manicure that I could’ve done myself and definitely be more attentive, intentional and put more CONSIDERATION into it, instead of paying $ 50.00 for absolutely nothing. I just had a bad experiences today at this place, I’m so unhappy with the service that they gave me. First all, they didn’t know I wanted it, I went in with acrylic nails which I got them done with them. I told the man at the front desk that I would like to get mani (gel powered which it’s the same as dip powered gel and regular pedi, but they didn’t understand my language. When my pedicure was done I asked the lady if she was going to do my manicure and she didn’t give me any answer she told me to take a seat so my pedicure could dry out, and then I got up and I got seated me with a diferente lady which I told her I have acrylic nails but I would like to remove them and get gel powered (dip powered gel) I guess she thought I was getting acrylic again and she went with the man at the front and I got seated with him, he was like, would you like to get them shorted? and I said I’m getting gel powered, because I noticed that he didn’t know what I was getting or what he was doing, he got up answered the phone and the lady came back and started it to take the acrylic off by putting my hands in a bowl with water and polish remover, after that he came back and made a comment saying “are you new to this? And I said no, i feel like that wasn’t right, and then I was sitting there and the lady didn’t came to check how my nails were doing I was looking everywhere and then a different lady came to me which she finished my nails, she was struggling taking the acrylic off, she said that it was really strong I said I got it done here and you did it, don’t you remembered? Finally, I didn’t like the result, when I pay I asked if he was the owner, he said yes, I said good to know I told him that I wasn’t happy but he didn’t say anything to make me feel better, he said that some people don’t speak English and it is understandable, but that’s not the problem, because he does speak English so he could resolve the problem. I even think that he charged dip powered gel so expensive $65 and it didn’t came out how it should be, other places charge about $38 or a little more which with them it’s just like getting acrylic nails, and I think that acrylic nails should be more expensive than dip powered gel, but whatever I wouldn’t mine paying expensive as long as the service is good and the results. I would never coming back again!

Did a gel pedicure after I left I realized that she painted my right toes with a soft blue polish and my left with a soft green they are similar in color call because I did it on Monday they were closed on Tuesday and whom ever answered the phone said I have to come in by tomorrow mind you their hours are not conducive to my work hour so I get in after they are closed. That's was so rude of the person , then he hang up the phone on me. That's Wass so disrespectful if you were the owner shame on you . Mind you this was not my first time there had a great experience the time before .

Told the man that finished my nails that the nail was not straight and he said to late to take off the nail the young man in the front was nice but the man that finished my nails was rude not to mention that you feel like your playing musical chairs in this place. They rush you out, and they should take their time, especially if you are paying money. I would not return!

I wish I would have gone here sooner! I've passed it numerous times telling myself they are probably expensive. I was wrong, they are very reasonably priced! This salon is so big. I was given attentive and professional care by Irene, the woman who did my pedicure. The massage chair was great and so was my gel pedicure. Went to get my nails done yesterday and I normally have a good experience here but I received a very bad acrylic nail service today. I told the older man very short square nails with narrow tip and it came out horrible. Try to explain but he didn’t understand me that well. The nails are very boxsy and thick. I've been going here for awhile now. Usually it's good service. I always make an appointment but today the young girl in the front was moving around. I had a 12:30 appointment. Got there at 12 :25pm. While I'm waiting, a lady comes in after me. I was waiting for 5 minutes already. The girl goes to the woman. I said. Excuse me...I was waiting. She ignores me and walks away with the lady. Not only that, I always pay with my card and include the tip. Today they tell me I can't. I never had a problem before. I had to zelle the tip. The young girl started talking junk to me. I never had a bad experience til today
