Joel helped me beyond expectation in trying to get a SIM to work in my Japanese phone. In the end we couldn't get it to work, but he went well out of his way to help me. One thing to remember though, when you buy a service be careful about the return policy - there may not be one!

I dropped and broke my phone which I use for my business (I’m clumsy) and came in to the store for a replacement, where I met Kim. She was quick to find me a replacement that was within my budget; loaded all the information from my old phone to the new one and had me back on the road in no time. Kimberly is as courteous and knowledgeable as she is beautiful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Horrible service , horrible establishment. Joel is an absolute terror. Don’t know how companies expect to be successful with employees like Joel. What an absolute joke. Stay away from this place.

I have been to many Cricket locations, some good and some bad. But every one I have been in that are authorized retailers for cellphones 4 less have been top notch. I always get great service, and follow up! Sometimes you can have one bad "apple" in the "bunch" but I will say anytime I ever had an issue, the store manager or district manager reached about about my concern and it was addressed quickly.
I encourage anyone looking for a great deal, amazing service & awesome cellphone cover at the best price around to stop in and give it a go!!

These are the best most helpful people so far, they were really patient when porting my number from my old carrier, which took a long time, but thanks to them it went by super smoothly. Been wanting to leave my carrier for a while and Joel and Jorge were super helpful in convincing me to stay with them, didn’t rush me through anything, asked me a couple questions to connect me to the best phone and plan, a really nice collection of accessories to choose from and a great location too. Highly recommend visiting this location :)

Not sure about the negative reviews but ive been a customer of Joel and Jorge for a few months now and i have witnessed some of the most amazing and genuine customer service from both from when i first came and activated my service to every bill payment as well as when theyre working with other customers in the store. Its really sad how people will go the extra mile to make such amazing people look bad!

Joel and Jorge always looking out for me when I come in the store. Always keeping me up to date on the latest promotions that are going on. I’m not tech savvy at all but either of these guys get the job done and are very knowledgeable. I’ve seen bad reviews on this store and actually have no idea how that can be possible, there has not been a single time where I have not walked out of there satisfied with the service I have received. They go above and beyond. They sat with me for hours trying to transfer my number and data to a new device. And I’ve got to say THEY DID NOT HAVE DO ALL OF THAT for me. Very grateful for their services and always welcoming attitudes.
