Always a long wait. Phone calls are usually not answered or you're placed on hold for a long time. Overpriced--prices are not competitive. CVS is a monopoly, so there's really not many other local pharmacies available.

I have not had good experiences with the photo department at this CVS. Twice now, I have ordered my photos on the app, received a confirmation that they were ready for pickup, then gone there and nothing was ready. I went back today for the order I placed on Friday, and I was charged for an 8 x 8 photo that was still missing from the order. Both times I was asked if I would like to have the photos reprinted, but as I only have a 30 min lunch break, I usually don't have time to wait for this. The reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is because the woman at the register today was very helpful in assisting me to use the kiosk, but my order still would not go through and was taking too long due to poor service in the store. In the end, this associate credited me $10 extrabucks for my experience, which was very sweet, and I am grateful for her customer service and dedication.

They always have what I need. Very popular place, as it is busy all of the time. If the checkout line is long, the express self-service lines are always working. All staff very helpful when I have questions.

I was in the hospital near by, my Dr. Called in my medication in front of me by leaving voicemail to your system. After few hours I went there and they told me that they did not receive any orders for me. And with a smirk on their faces they are " check with your Dr again" Most probably the kids who is working there deleted the voice mail.STOP messing around with people's medication/ health.

Ok, I've been using this pharmacy for decades and it gets worse and progressively slower each year. My doctor called in 3 prescriptions for me yesterday mid morning and I had to call 4 times before noon today to find out what's going on. I understand there's a pandemic but this is the second time in less than a month this has happened. These medications are very important since I'm COVID positive and yes fully vaccinated so I am quarantined until mid next week. I had someone getting the medication for me and realized 1 was not eligible for prepaid pickup. So I called the pharmacy to see if I could give them payment over the phone and the girl tells me no my answer was that I have done this several times in the past less than two years with a family member and had no issue my answer was well if you'd like since I'm Covid positive I could come up there and pick it up myself. I have done over the phone payment at least 9 times since April of 2020. Bottom line, next time I'll just go get it myself contagious or not.

Was shopping there and overheard a young lady at the pharmacy counter berating a lady for wearing a thin blue line bracelet. The lady happened to be a police officer. She respectfully replied to the employee that she was offended by her rude behavior. The employee retorted, that is offensive because of you know, the movement. Not wanting to hear another word out of that ignorant employee I decided to take me business elsewhere and left. I couldn't stop thinking how improper to say the least this employees behavior was. I guess I'll be filling my prescriptions at the nearby Walgreens.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the pharmacy where the Emergancy room up the road sends most of their scripts to given that they are an 24 hour pharmacy and most people can't run to their regular place at 2am. The pharmacist who was on staff last night was SO UNHELPFUL. Luckily I work at an independent pharmacy and I know what questions to ask. But before I got involved in anything my fiancé went to pick up some scripts for his mother who got out of the ER. They left him confused and told him the dr didn't write the rx correctly so we have to wait for them to hear back for the dr. Ok, understandable but did you try to contact the dr? I called back and the tech told me they don't call the send "texts". Texts? Are you serious? Someone's health is at risk and the pharmacy is sending a text to the MD? I call the pharmacy and the pharmacist once again told me he can't call the dr that I have to try to contact. I've never heard such a lazy response in my life. So I called the emergency and even they were mind boggled. The nurse told me "you tell that pharmacist to call us right now, he knows better than to have a patient call us for an icd code". So I called the pharmacy back and the pharmacists pretended like he had contacted the dr but the wrong doctor gave this whole schpeel. It just seems like the staff either were too busy to help or didn't want to help. Either way, this is not the appropriate way to handle things when dealing with patients. And is why independent pharmacies are still around. I will NEVER fill a script here or at any CVS ever.

This CVS sucks. Especially Carmen. I placed a photo order and wanted to confirm they received it (I knew it was too soon for it to be ready, just wanted to know it went through) because the last time I placed a photo order here they didn't receive it and didn't have the photo collage I ordered. This diva couldn't even be bothered to go look. She was smug and told me yup go wait on that line over there. You know the long line because they never have enough cashiers on. She was standing 3 feet from the photo station. She actually walked past it to go do something else. The people here are so rude and they act like customers are an inconvenience and an interruption to whatever else they're doing.

Lines get long enough if you come at prime time. Pharmacy counter staff is neither friendly nor unfriendly but I guess if you deal with miserable customers all day that takes a toll on your mojo. Recommend with reservations, most other pharmacies in Peekskill are worse.
