Everytime I enter this establishment I wonder if I'm going to come out in one piece. The unopened and opened boxes are everywhere. There's is literally no room to walk around. There are times that the consumer cannot see what's on the shelves because the boxes are stacked to the top. The clothes that are suppose to be on the racks are on the floor. The clothes are also unorganized. I was going to purchase two pants that one could use as pajama bottoms. The sign clearly said that the pants were at half price. They were tagged originally at $10 a piece. I made sure to advise the young man at the register. He advised me that the price was showing at $10 and not at $5. I left all the items I was going to purchase at the counter and walked out. Quite honestly, they don't deserve any stars. They should close shop or shake up the powers that be, and opt for a reorganization.

Just an awful company in general, been going to this store since it opened. Had lots of good times bad times meeting over 30 different store managers in over 20 years. However the company can’t afford to remodel their stores, many of them are falling apart. Met lots of great people here and managers even though Family Dollar doesn’t treat or pay them well glad people found other great careers that worked here. As this store continues to decline with no merchandise on the shelves broken floors and interior. Family dollar can’t afford to fix damages.

I stopped by Family Dollar on North Division Street, around noon today. There was a young girl working there, as a new employee. She did not know anything about customer needs. Probably, she was not trained well. There was supposed to be with her a trainer for helping. I saw 3 employees staying outside not helping her. That girl was disrespectful and very slow. I showed her which stuff she should give. I paid for my stuff. Then I tried to speak with the manager about it. That woman spoke with me very disrespectfully. I was calm and told her she should not talk to customers in that way. She answered very disrespectfully, told me I was wrong. I wanted to speak to another person to complain about them. She told me that she was the only manager and did not care about it. Many times I shopped there in the past. I saw these new people working in that store, who did not have any good manners. I would prefer to pay more to buy my needs from other stores instead of that place now. The owner of the store should teach the employees how to speak with customers and should chose the employees more carefully They will lose customers very fast with employees like this not to mention a manager. I would definitely not to buy from there anything anymore.

Many things are cheap, but not in a bad way. But, one time my mom bought a 1 dollar cup for me, and the nest day at school, the top popped off in the middle of nowhere! But other than that, I really want to go back, because I want to but the ONLY ONE DOLLAR putty! Going there is fun, and especially, since I am a kid, saying, oh look! I can buy this, to many things!

Do not shop here. Fast turn over of employees, store messy and unorganized. Manager was rude and very unprofessional. They forget to put items in the bag.
