Came in with a phone that had half a screen white and half a screen working and Randy was the best and knew right away. What was wrong fixed it and I’m on my way and thank you for putting my mind at ease. I did not need a new phone.

Found Randy through a recommendation to fix my mom’s broken iPhone screen. We literally stopped in, had the screen fixed in 10 mins and was all set. He was super friendly and reasonably priced - can’t thank him enough for making that process seamless!

Randy is skilled, knowledgeable about different wireless platforms and brands, and reasonable. He gave me good advice about OEM vs aftermarket screens, in terms of upgrading my beloved Samsung Ultra with a cracked screen (I had opted not insure it :/ )
I opted to go for an aftermarket screen, which I purchased and brought to Randy, until the 25 Ultras were back in stock in stores. He charged a very fair fee to replace it, and when it went blank about 10 days later, he actually did not charge me to put my cracked screen back on the phone.
Lesson learned is, you can live for a little without bio recognition, but when your screen goes blank due to a knock-off screen, you have no phone.
Randy came to the rescue and didn't rub salt in the wound but reinstalled my cracked screen so that, while I wait, I have a smart phone instead of a dead weight.

I’ve used Randy for cell phone repairs for over 10 years, when he first had a stand in the JV mall. He is super approachable, friendly, and most importantly honest. He’s a family man with a beautiful wife and a couple kids. I wouldn’t choose to get my devices, repairs or phone accessories by anyone else. Cheers to you Randy for always putting 110% into your work and loyal customers!

Me and my kids have been going to Randy for 10 years at least. We have purchased all our devices from him for at least half the cost from anywhere else. He will go out of his way to fix any problem you might have, no matter how busy it gets or if close to closing time. He even sets up our phones with the best carriers. He is kind, courteous and patient. I will never go anywhere else!

I asked JV how much it would cost to remove a Sim card that slipped in my phone off the black incerter.he said it was a major job he had to take the phone apart so I trusted him from the couple times in the past my friend dropped it off and she said how much 50$ so she asked him how long he said a half hour he didn't have to replace the sym card I am a business woman all my life.that is crazy.50 $ for a half hour.another repair store and they said 20 $.i am furious took advantage of me.If he didn't tell my friend a half hour.i would of never know
