Initially rated a 5, however had to decrease as the wrong test was ordered for me three different times. I had to contact Labcorp three times to get the results for the actual test ordered.

I scheduled an appointment for today 12/26. No correspondence except appointment reminders. No calls or emails cancelling the appointment or anything. I get to the office and there’s a note on the door sayin they’re closed and to visit stony point as if it’s across the street.Edited to addI did reschedule for 12/27 and got a call letting me know the computers were down and to reschedule or visit Stoney point. I’m glad I got today’s call before going all the way in. I understand mistakes happen and things fall through

They were not open during their posted hours! So incredibly frustrating to come here during a busy workday and have them just not be around

I was pleasantly surprised how good service and the whole experience was today! wow, definitely change in nurses??. The person taking the blood was kind and gentle. The place was clean and well maintained ??

The nurse needs to be fired. I sent my husband for my 2 year old. He asked her if she had child butterfly needles to draw blood (they were out prior) she said no and insisted on sticking my child with an adult sized needle. My baby was hurt and this is unacceptable. In addition, she was very rude and dismissive. No good nurse would do this to a small child who is very slim and skinny. It is upsetting.

Worst place ever. Took my blood then lost my results. Can’t get anybody to return a phone call. Will not use again, will go to Quest.

They cannot handle the rate of appointments at which they allow on their website. I suggest getting the earliest one on any given day because you will wait at least 30 mins past your scheduled time. Realistically they should only allow appointments in 30 minute blocks on the website.

The tech who drew my blood needs to go back to school to improve her skills. 5 days post visit, I still have a quarter sized very dark purple bruise with additional blood leak below the puncture on my forearm. The waiting area has no chairs. She stated "because of covid". What??? You can wait in your car for a text or find a seat by the pharmacy.

Had to have blood work today. Booked appointment online yesterday. Had a 1:30 appointment. Checked in at kiosk in Walgreens at 1:10. Message advised there was an earlier appointment at 1:15. Took that time. I was done at 1:28. Couldn’t have been better. The two young ladies were very nice. A great experience.
