TOP-QUALITY WORK & CRAFTSMANSHIP. We use Manzer’s for much more than just their landscaping services. Recently, Manzer’s completed a complex, long-term project to add an addition onto our house. We wanted the addition to match the “look and style” of our 1930’s stone & stucco Tudor. This was a difficult ask, but Manzer’s was up to the challenge. Just look at our photos! The entire Manzer’s team is professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Their work is priced fairly, with minimal wait times to get onto their schedule. We highly recommend Manzer’s services.

NOT FOR RESIDENTIAL USE!!! They treat every lawn as if it were a 10 acre commercial lot. Zero turn mowers used on small areas to get the job done quicker, which leaves lines of uncut grass. They’ll sit and wait for rain to stop, only to arrive shortly after and mow, sinking equipment into the grass leaving ruts where water will pool. Trimmers will often whack around soccer balls, frisbees, lawn chairs, and watering canisters rather than move them. I once had them cut around a lacrosse ball in the grass, leaving a patch uncut, rather than kicking the ball to the side. Poor service for residential needs and WAAAAYYYY overpriced. They cut a “last cut” in October so low that dirt shows. $800 to clear leaves from a .25 acre lot!!! Not recommended for residential use.Services: Lawn landscaping

Manzer's recently did a landscape design for me with beautiful plantings that bloomed all spring and summer. But you never know how good a business is until you have a real problem that needs immediate attention. I called Chappy to ask if they could dig a trench for an electrical repair and fill it with sand and cement after the electricians put down their wires/conduit. Jenn in the office immediately coordinated everything and Jesse ,who did the work at my home, worked quickly and efficiently to get the job accomplished. They built us a patio in our backyard and they were great from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and fast. We figured we'd have things to discuss along the way, but as soon as they started work on it, they just took care of everything for us based on what we'd asked for.

Edit: They had called and left a voicemail on my cell asking to reschedule. Wrote the previous review out of anger thinking that I was blown off. Ended up being my own fault. The owner called me and we set things right. Really appreciated the personal touch of calling me.Original Review: Called for an estimate. They gave me an appointment about a month after I called. They canceled the appointment 4 days before the date that they gave me. Their work is not bad, but their customer service is terrible. There are many many other options.
