“This is not Frank, I’m his daughter Jan. I took my mother there today but sadly we didn’t have an appointment. I didn’t see the sign saying no walk-in so I was more than a little surprised to hear we had to go to another location. My mother was the patient and the thought of going somewhere else made my heart sink, she’s almost 90. Diane took pity on us and told us to come in! Well I felt like I won the lottery! She was so nice and calm and professional! She did a great job with my mom and we were out of there in a flash. I am more than grateful for her kindness, and the speed at which she performed the test. Thank you so much!”

“Had a very easy and pleasant experience with Magalie today. Many people on here are disappointed with their experiences, but, myself like them, you can only blame yourself. People complaining about the wait times need to realize that when there are four people in front of them and the staff say they will text you, it’s gonna be a while. Go to the grocery store down the road and do some shopping in the meantime. Despite this being the third time I tried to get a drug screen at Labcorp after getting turned away twice, I don’t blame the staff, only myself for not reading the location’s hours beforehand.”
