“J. Krokus Nursery Inc. offers an impressive selection of plants, trees, shrubs, and gardening materials that are well cared for and consistently high quality. The layout makes it easy to browse, and the staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and willing to answer questions or offer guidance when needed without being pushy. Their pricing is fair and competitive compared to other nurseries, especially considering the health and variety of the inventory. Whether looking for common staples or more unique options, this nursery provides reliable service, good value, and a strong overall shopping experience for gardeners and landscapers alike.”
“I so appreciate this nursery for adding vibrancy and seasonal beauty to the area. It’s much needed and a business I will always support. I hope to see it thrive for years to come and continue elevating the neighborhood!”
“Since the reviews here are from a few years ago we weren't sure it was open, but we went yesterday and indeed it is. We spent a good long time talking with the owner. It's such a unique place. There are some unusual plants and trees, plus the more conventional stock. Since it's the end of the season, plus we've had a drought, it could look a little bedraggled to anyone looking for polished rows of plants, but to a veteran gardener it's clear what's there. Plus the owner was generous in his advice about what to plant now. He also has a passionate interest in wellness and is eager to share his knowledge about mushrooms in particular. He doesn't sell mushrooms, but it is an interest. We will definitely be going back. He does landscape design, but this is also a retail nursery.”
“Nicholas was phenomenal in showing us alternatives to our original idea of a spiral evergreen. He was able to describe what its future could look like in relation to size of the stalk and trimming aspects. Would buy from here again,”
“Omar and his father, Hesham were extremely courteous, helpful, kind and smart when I rented a U-Haul from them. Also, they make delicious breakfast sandwiches and carry a variety of items in their store. I highly recommend this business.”

eggs, CSA boxes, veggies, plants for days. Great local shop with warm and helpful staff. Basically a farmer’s market that’s open every day.”
“I don't know about any of the employees, but if ANY of them are HALF the Good, helpful and compassionate type of people like the Manager James is then this place is definitely doing great. I was by myself about to load 24 pieces of Half in sheetrock and the Manager James came out, already 15 minutes after closing and couldn't stand to see me loading the material by myself and helped me A LOT. Today is the over 100 degree heatwave so wasn't easy for me nevertheless him. God Bless James keep up the good work Bud !!!”

“Received the most beautiful arrangement after my father passed away. Absolutely stunning and fresh! Also, I received a call when they were delivered letting me know so I wouldn’t leave them out too long. That type of caring goes a long way. Highly recommend!”
