Horrible service yet highly expensive. My bill skyrocketed when I downgraded my services, make it make sense. Internet was constantly out--not ideal for WFH or being a student. Thankfully, switched to Verizon and paying $100 less than Optimum. Thankful to be rid of the headache!

It is UNFAIR OF THIS COMPANY TO CHARGE SUCH HIGH PRICES FOR SERVICES. And Not have enough Customer Service Reps to take care of patrons! YOUR PEEKSKILL LOCATION is very SLOW. The reps are nice but when there are 9 people WAITING . There should be more reps ….

Optimum is 20 years behind the times. No pause live tv, no caller id, limited on demand , limited dvr capacity, sales people lie to you , equipment is not great , tech support is useless, plus they are super expensive. Do not ever consider optimum.

This is ONLY In reference to the women at the Peekskill, New York optimum store. Two women who sit closest to the left end of the desk when you’re walking in were the only helpful people and thank God for them because there was times where I wanted to cry or throw my phone across the room. I wish I was exaggerating, but I’m Not. I spent hours speaking to customer service on the phone and after all they gave me a hard time about canceling. I’m sticking with Verizon. I’d rather pay extra money than ever have to deal with them again. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this one I needed to get out.

Mostly unpleasant experience - multiple internet drops during work day when working from home, poor technical service with long waits that don't resolve original issue, faulty equipment and poor customer service reps. They are the only game in town which sucks.
