The Trainer Rafael Waller
Is experienced, professional and has a great personality. Rafael is informative and has introduced me to new exercises correct form explained how they modify my workouts
He is supportive and knowledgeable.
My 3 months of working with him has been amazing l have more stamina increased strength and have lost weight.

Wish I could give this 0 stars. Tamia was rude, not helpful and scoffing at her coworker Andrew for not checking me in on the right computers. My phone was dead and they wouldn’t let me check in with my black card so they signed me in as a plus one under my husband’s card. I said NO I want to be checked in to use the tanning. They wouldn’t check me in and they wouldn’t let me use the tanning which I pay for. Skylar white the corporate club manager was able to pull up my account and was saying it inactive when my account actually IS active. I don’t understand the issue. What happens if people lose or break their phone? Then they can’t use their paid for black card membership? Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Will never be coming back here. Also, Tamia said oh we don’t look peoples names up or their phone numbers that’s not allowed. Like what? How do you not have that option? Also uploading a picture of my ACTIVE account so you people can see for yourself

I travel for work so I visit many planet fitness locations. I have to say I was very disappointed in the shower situation at this location. I have never experienced such terrible showers at any location. First, the handicap shower was not operational at all, it would only drip water no water pressure at all. I moved to the next shower, this one was covered in hair, which I understand does happen. I moved to shower number three which NEVER got hot at all and when it finally got to what can only be described as Luke warm it quickly returned to cold. I quickly got washed in this freezing shower and got out of there. The shower heads also look like they are the cheapest ones they could possibly find. This is obviously a very busy location as there was no open machines in the building so I do not understand why they do not have better facilities. Completely unacceptable. I recommend people go elsewhere.
