“I found this shop while looking for a tow company to take my car to the dealership - I went with them for the price. The gentleman who came and picked up my car was prompt, courteous and very nice.Soon after that tow my car needed repairs - I had no idea what it needed - I came to them with a list of things that I "heard, felt and at some point probably imagined!" They took my car in and found two things. They could have, at that point told me that I had to fix both (other places I have been to would have said they couldn't diagnose the one without fixing the other). I was worried and would have fixed both of them. But instead they told me the TRUTH - take care of one job at a time and let's see what happens - if the car runs right w/the simple fix we can then fix the other thing - if the car doesn't then I could look into a big fix or a new car :-(They nailed the problem with a simple fix and the second problem was simple also and that was taken care of. I left their office feeling great. Feeling like they actually cared.Recently I had another repair needed, yes I am trying to avoid a new car;-) I thought it was going to cost more money than I could put into the car-I thought an exhaust system, I was counting my pennies, getting ready to break the bank. I dropped the car off, they got to it quickly and efficiently. They called me and told me it was another inexpensive fix to the exhaust system instead of a new system. Again, honesty.This shop is filled with honest and caring people! I have dealt with many auto mechanics and repair shops over the years and I have NEVER walked away from them feeling like they were sincerely taking care of the customer.Citywide Automotive has never treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about because I am a woman. Each mechanic and the owner listen and are above and beyond honest, sincere and caring. “They do exceptional work. I dropped my Jeep Wrangler off for a bumper replacement and I had quite a few scratches as well and they did a great job You can’t even tell that they were there! They also took a look around the whole car and removed any other scratches they found along with a larger one free of charge!Amazing service. My Jeep was repaired in a timely manner - a lot quicker than expected /,they definitely won’t leave your car there for days unattended. They got right to work. They also detailed it inside dnd out. “I thought it was necessary to share when one gets such superb service and such high quality work, reasonably priced: It is Adrian Auto Body Repair at 3330 Old Crompond Rd Yorktown Heights which Jeff and highly recommend .My needed repairs were several -- small but complicated areas in seams and joints where the car's plastic parts meet the metal sections ; i.e., highly detailed work requiring patience and great skill... in tight, tiny areas. I would say their work is superb and delivered with white glove service. And furthermore they returned my car CLEANER both inside and out than I had left it with them -- just another detail I was certainly not expecting beyond the required repairs. If you are the type who wants your car always looking brand new , then Joe and Tony and team are just who you need. Look no further!”

“In reference to the 1-star rating from the lady whose car was hit: The writing contains many self-serving statements. I would like to clarify a few things.While I understand the difference in thinking between the two body shops which provided slightly different estimates, only one (Greg's) saw the car. The other shop determined what needs to be fixed by the photo provided.The other shop didn't include one scratched part in his price. I am entitled to have all the parts to my car fixed as it was before the writer hit my parked car while I was sitting at my desk at work.Greg's Autobody is a local business who I used for many years to fix my cars. They are very honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Jerry gave a discount. He also offered a ride to my work after I dropped off the car. Maybe his prices are a little higher than some shop that is located 30+ miles away, but I am sure he pays more for rent, tax and all. I am sure prices in a NYC auto shop would be different too.It's extremely unfair to criticize the body shop that does an excellent job because I refused to take a day off from work, drive 30+ miles away to some unknown place and wait, or impose upon someone to follow me, drive me home then have to do the same thing later to pick up my car. All this only to get my car fixed and to satisfy the person that hit my parked car, instead of doing it locally with the people I trust, and I don't have to lose a day's work/pay.As any business, Jerry has a right to choose any payment form he wants to deal with rather than have to be stuck with credit card fees or personal checks. As far as the receipt – that writer states he never received - I sent the complaining writer the "paid" receipt that I received from Greg's Auto along with the picture of the fixed car the same day I picked up my properly fixed car.I would highly recommend Greg’s Auto!”
