Terrible drivers, I’ve had issues with this post office for the last 6 years. Drivers are frequently loosing mail, even marking tracked packages delivered when they are not.

That place has the slowest workers ever and they don’t move quick enough for the lines to be long for other people to come in there just to grab one or two things. It’s horrible. They need to change the people that’s in there.

I paid 78.30 for a Priority Mail Express package. I did not receive it till 11 days later. There was no signature required and no reasonable rationale for why I should not have received it on time. What is the point of having express mail that is no different from priority mail? This is why I like Mohegan Lake USPS better. It just does not make sense. Really dislike this post office. Unacceptable and no supervisor is available. Terrible!

I came here to confirm business hours so I could run errands and am sorry to see the reviews. I’m leaving this five star review here for all the folks who, like me, get mail sent and received on schedule, regularly. This isn’t a restaurant or a hotel or a gentrification haven - nor should it be reviewed as such. Everyone there seems to be working efficiently in a time where there are more packages than ever, but no budget expansion and few upgrades.
Also, I have never once been harassed there by folks standing around; loitering is a racist concept and the descriptions of harassment in some reviews illustrate why. Observing folks hang out might create certain feelings in your body, but folks don’t deserve to be removed from a sidewalk because you’re experiencing feelings.

Too many day workers in front of the building. Not to mention in the middle of the day, a Hispanic man was drunk pissing in the bush's for a long period of time right in the front of the building. All the Workers are pleasant and respectful. only one worker is purposely slow and doesn't care to move off his chair.

Upon entering the post office, you are getting harrassed by day labors. They surround the side walk in front of the post office, making it sometimes impossible to get to the door. It is ridiculous. Something needs to be done.

Very bad attention from the person in charge of renewing passports. Very little patience and 0 friendliness. Not qualified to serve. Look for someone qualified. Please, thank you.

The only reason this office got one star is because its the only way to leave a review! this is the worst postal office ever... the people are rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I just had the pleasure of speaking with Ruben who basically made me feel like I could not get a word in. " I'm speaking facts to you" this was his communication to me about a package that is lost and they told us was there. No one knows where, what, or who has it now though it say's delivered but it was not delivered to me. This is frustrating enough, the displeasure of speaking to the people in this postal office is just a sure way to have a heart attack. This place needs an over haul, kindness goes along way, respect goes a long way and that little thing called humanity goes further. Get it together people. I spoke to this gentleman for 2 minutes he sounded agitated to be on the phone like it bothered him to answer my question....this is your job maybe you need a new calling Sir!!! awful, awful. and still no package!FACTS!!

This post office is the worse BY FAR!!!! They have lost multiple packages of mine. When you call for help they are very dismissive. I just spoke to Robert Randall who rushed me off the phone and i quote " everyone's package is important but yours is not here in my office". Some supervisor SMH. When I requested to speak with the post master Nicole Collins he told me she wont be in till Thursday today is Monday. Never once asked my name or even attempt to look for my package. He should be demoted immediately!!!!! This office needs to be shut down until they hire the proper staff. Google should allow negative stars just for this place
