“I came in around 3 pm Thursday afternoon because I had an issue with my online savings account. There were several people ahead of me waiting to speak to a representative. We were all pretty patient. A woman, who I later realized was the branch manager, would touch base with us from time to time, to assure us that we would get assistance. AN HOUR LATER, I could stand it no longer and flagged the branch manager down, saying I've been waiting!!!! Help me!!!! She led me to her office and I explained her situation. Unfortunately, my online problem could not be resolved in person. Argh! She was empathetic and definitely a cheerleader of the Citibank brand as she asked me to please keep my business with Citibank despite my online issues. She was good.”
