The Deli Dept at 2:00pm 03/11/24!! Terrible incident where two employees today were fighting verbally like cats and dogs. People had there children their and it was absolutely disgraceful. Absolutely no regards for the costumers. If we have a disagreement with our coworkers that why we have supervisors. Someone needs to address this situation before it gets violent.

I have been coming to this bjs for years amd yesterday 3/08/2024 i went to customer service to see if my membership was active because it wasn’t scanning. A lady at customer service when i asked her she replied with “why you coming to me for and that, that is not her problem. She said her name was tiffany .

This BJ’s has a long wait time. The majority of the registers are self checkout. Sometimes they have 2 persons checking out. You better have patience if you want to shop here. On a positive note they have a wide assortment of goods.

Bjs should be ashamed of this store. Dirty. Overcrowded. Too many out of stock items. Rude staff. Rude receipt checker. Long delays at checkout.If this was my first experience, I would cancel my membership immediately. I will never return to this store.

Beer mislabeled. the entire pallet had labeled for $16.49, brought this up to the manager Foir j., who said, "Are you stupid? Can't you read, we can't sell beer for that price. Doesn't care , it's in the wrong location. This lack of respect and poor customer service is the reason why I'm canceling my membership.

I came in for curbside pick up but as usual people use the curbside pick up to park. They need to addressed that because is very uncomfortable that you trying to come and pick up your items an go and is a problem not being able to park and wait for your items to come.

I had about $800.00 or more on the belt ready to be checked out. I was on the line waiting for quite sometime when the nasty cashier said she couldn’t scan the picture on my phone ( which I use at self checkout) I asked for a manager and he told me to wait on the customer service line to get a card printed. Rude, not customer friendly at all especially when you are making such a big purchase.

Please, KEEP UP WITH THE CLEANING OF THE BATHROOMS!! The bathroom’s are DISGUSTING!! Thousand’s of people shop and spend money at this location on a daily basis. We do not deserve a urine smelling bathroom with 95% no toilet paper in the stalls. This BJ’s became a mess. Employees are ALWAYS rude; sucking their teeth, rolling their eyes, saying “they don’t got time” to answer a simple 2 second question. When I was in line to be attended by “customer service” they literally let the phone ring for an hour I was on the line. Worker said they don’t answer the phone anymore. The staff needs to be reevaluated. Memberships and groceries are way too expensive to be treated like this.

We just got a annual membership plan for $20 regular cost is $50, that in itself is very exciting. We took on walk around inside the large shopping facility and we were impressed by the various products and food items they had available. The prices look Fair as well.

Get rid of the self checkout lanes and hire more cashiers! It doesn't take a genius to see that many of the customers who go to this BJ's are older folk who have lived in the neighborhood for many years. Not everyone is capable of self checking out or using the app. On top of that, even as an IT professional, most times I use self checkout at this BJ's there's a problem and then I have to wait for assistance from employees who don't even want to do their jobs. They blame the errors on customers as if their self checkout system isn't garbage. Also, who puts self checkout in the middle of the checkout lanes? This creates mass delays and confusion for customers, not really knowing if you're on line waiting for a cashier or self checkout. Get it together BJ's at Pelham!

No efficient people working in the deli. Takes 30 minutes to get an order. Put more people on weekends. Busiest day of the week and only 1 person working and the other going in circles.
