Would rate pharmacy 2 and general store 4. It's a CVS, so it has most things you would expect. Non-pharmacy workers are helpful and friendly. However 1) the place is often just kinda dirty and run-down, and 2) the pharmacy workers are generally unpleasant, from multiple experiences with them. An example run-in.. we scheduled flu shots for the family for a Saturday morning at this place.. the tech was insistent that it was actually for another location (including after we literally show the email confirmation for this time/location) and while they had no one else to deal with it took like 15 minutes to cajole them to spend 3 minutes and give out 4 shots.

Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy. The CVS in Pelham is the most disorganized and unprofessional pharmacy I have ever encountered. Every time I need a prescription filled there is a problem. I kept going back because of the close proximity to my home, but this latest problem will be the last. My physician phoned in a prescription and left it on their voicemail. When I called an hour later to check on it, I was told there was no message from him. I told her that there most assuredly was, but she insisted otherwise. And with an attitude, I may add. I then called my doctor and he said they should check their voicemail. I then phoned a small local pharmacy to make sure he could call the script in to them. Of course as soon as I set things up with the second pharmacy, CVS called to say they did have my prescription. This is typical of the prescription service at CVS. When you are sick the last thing you need is to deal with an unreliable pharmacy.

Nice pharmacy. Well stocked. If your looking for assistance you might be dissatisfied. Other then that, you will find what you need.

The pharmacists here are just the worst. Inept, slow, unsophisticated, and robotic. Nothing ever goes right with these folks.

The worst pharmacy imaginable. Right now I am waiting on a prescription that is 30 hours - hours not minutes - over when it was supposed to be ready. They are understaffed and the pace is in absolute shambles. Avoid at all cost..
