It is always pleasant to shop at CVS Pelham manor, the Hispanic or bilingual staff strives to provide excellent service.

There is no reason why the store hours claims to be open at 7am and employees are sitting in their cars past 7am. Employees are supposed to arrive before opening time to ensure the store is ready to be opened to customers at 7am. Smh

It’s a well stocked CVS in a convenient location. Ample parking and although it’s on Boston Post Road it’s easy entering and exiting. All departments are usually full with merchandise. The novel section (books) is still a puzzle to me years later because it doesn’t seem to match the demographic but they must sell (shrugs). The employees are helpful enough but they do seem overworked at times.

One of my favorite CVS around. Friendly staff, everything is well organized.

Can someone please help the poor employees working here? My dr. put in meds at 1pm, at 6:30 they still weren't ready and I had to wait almost an hour in three different lines to get them. The line was through the store. And then they're scheduling vaccines for the pharmacist, and those people are waiting, too. Not the fault of the workers, but whoever is managing the pharmacy needs to get it together before your whole team quits.

Comically unhelpful. Pharmacy can't answer questions, can't transfer me, can't seem to accomplish anything aside from being disinterested.

CVS is going downhill because they installed self checkout scanners that constantly screw up reading the bar code of a CVS card.Furthermore if you are lucky enough to avoid that pothole and get a live person to handle check out their ATM/Credit card pad constantly asks for donations to all sorts of tear jerseys causes.Hello, three years ago CVS and Aetna just completed a $70 billion metger. Since they have crazy money at their disposal this kind of pan handling disguised as virtue signals g is pure greed at its worst because who knows where the money goes, to some medical charity that buys from CVS (conflict of interest) or straight to the bondholders who loaned CVS the money to over pay for Aetna prior to the pandemic

This pharmacy (Boston Post Road) is horribly managed. They open later than their posted hours on occasion and leave people waiting. They do not answer telephone calls in a timely manner and when you pick up medication they don’t inform you when there is a problem with insurance or the prescription itself. I am writing this at 8:20 am and it is still closed (supposed to open at 8:00 am). Zero respect for the customer.

Called 800# for Covid vaccine info and was told I could walk in. I go to the pharmacy and was turned away. I was told by the woman who does vaccines that she couldn’t do just 1 person. I didn’t know it had to be a group thing. They need to communicate that on the 800#

The people who work here are helpful, but there are not enough of them. The pharmacy area is very slow and riddled with issues. I rarely get through to the pharmacy when I call. I even get hung up on sometimes. Calling is often a frustrating process and I have to go in and wait on a long line and then wait again because I wasn't able to get them on the phone. There are also frequent issues with CVS ExtraCare coupons not working, but that is the case in most CVS locations.

Please get the pharmacy staff here more help. The line for medicine pick up is regularly 10 customers long and it can take easily 15-25 minutes in line to get medicines.

This pharmacy should be closed down they are so incompetent, inconsiderate and incapable of using any part of their brain. The Managemnt that stands behind them should all be fired. Go to the CVS inside Target in Mount Vernon or the CVS on Weyman Ave in New Rochelle instead of this horrible store.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. NEW MANAGEMENT. I’ve shopped here for years and have always loved coming in. Recently, I stopped by and when I went to check out, I was told the new management did not want employees to checkout customers at the registers. I had to use self checkout which is not following CDC guidelines for COVID-19. There are no barriers between people and it is not 6ft apart. I will be changing pharmacies and not coming back to this store.
