I enjoyed my visit at this shoprite. I was treated well by a greeter. I was directed to bathroom personally. They watched my shopping cart while I used the bathroom. I appreciate that care and attention. Cashiers were ready to help, if needed.

Love the new store! I hope they keep everything they're currently carrying. The deli and bakery sections are great! Now I no longer have to drive all the way to ShopRite of New Rochelle.

I loved shopping in Fareway for over 10 years but as of recently it was going downhill fast. The customer service was horrible and the food was over priced and not fresh and it was looking unsanitary. So, when I saw Shop Rite took over I was happy. They have people greet you when you come in and the staff is great. The prices are much better and they are well organized. You can see a big difference in what it was to what it has become. It’s better then Fareway!! Keep in mind they were remodeling so those things take time but they are now done and it looks great!! I am a happy customer :)

While shopping yesterday I wanted some cold cuts, I waited for about 6 minutes before I was noticed! That’s not acceptable especially when three employees where standing behind the counter! Best give a pet talk about customer to counter help!!!!

This was my go to market but ever since Shoprite has taken over I've found the quality of things to have dropped dramatically. Especially the organic produce! The once huge selection is now a small corner. Today was the second time in a row I've bought cucumber from them to find out they're yellow on the inside.Seems like the new management has decided to wrap a bunch of their produce in plastic wrap. I don't know how that benefits the shopper. There are some good remnants that remain but if I can't do all, or at least most, my shopping there, it's pointless to continue going.I was an avid shopper here but can no longer purchase here out of concern I'm just buy food scraps to convert to compost and or will end elsewhere looking for what they don't have fresh.

This was once Fairway… many good memories there. I was feeling a bit sad/nostalgia when I saw the new sign. However, after going inside I was pleasantly surprised. Shelves are now well stocked, the fish/meat counter is properly covered, there is a small area for hot food, fresh flowers and above all the employees seem to want to be there. I’m optimistic about this new direction.

Shoprite in Pelham has opened. This is a soft opening as the store is still under renovation and many freezers and cases are not yet fully installed. Not all goods are in place but management and staff are eager and helpful. I have great hope that things will improve as renovation is completed!

ShopRite is a really great supermarket. Good selection, amazing deals, all the things that make a supermarket good. So although my family and I would miss the Fairway, we were super excited to see one open up closer to home. But don't fret, this location is currently the worst of both worlds! The store looks unfinished, with giant tarps put up around certain sections, work lights dangling from the ceiling, rough patches in the uneven tile floor... then there are the nonsensical-for-real-grocery-shopping mini carts, the self checkout that throws an error every five seconds, the staff that seem to have no clue what they're doing, the front door that you can't walk back out of, the holes in the wall where glass should be, the unmarked aisles... some of these are petty complaints, yeah, but they add up to an experience so frustrating that I went to the checkout with four items and left with two because I just needed to get it over with. The only saving grace is that you can still buy sushi, but good luck checking out. They really should've closed the store in order to transition from Fairway to ShopRite, but instead we're left with this mess that barely functions as a grocery store. I'll update the review when it gets better, but HARD pass for now.

I have been going to the supermarket for over 10 years. It has a good selection in certain departments but is only a shadow of what it used to be. For a while Not only was there a great selection in all departments but it was efficient, the cash registers worked and the cashiers knew how to work them. When I visited several weeks ago, it was very disappointing. Half the shelves in the store were empty. When I tried to pay for my food and other items, none of the main cash registers were open. Only the self checkout. However, they were not allowing people to use them themselves. Not only that, but people with full shopping carts full of food were forced to put all their food on the tiny little self checkout. It took forever. It was very poorly organized and managed. I spoke to an employee who said that when the store is not full of customers they shut down the main cash registers and the conveyor belts where there is room for a lot of groceries and force everyone to use the self-serve checkouts. It makes no sense whatsoever. Not only was the store full of customers, but the self check out was so inefficient that I cannot see how it possibly could have been more efficient for them to use them. All of the employees in the store were hanging around the self checkouts and they could have been using the main checkouts. It was a disaster. I had to stand there probably 15 to 20 minutes trying to work with an employee to get all my items scanned and half of the items didn't scan because they had messed up the codes. Again, it used to be a real Super store than which to shop but I do not see myself going back there after my last experience.

Why 3 star because few weeks ago, I went to Fairway to shop and as soon as you walk-in the smell of the coffee is "Must have" lol and hey shopping and drinking coffee is amazing/cozyWhen I approached the coffee station was one of my biggest turn off I t felt like bacteria, unsanitary, unsanitized specially during Covid19 and even without Covid19 not acceptable, they also have the buffet table open and don't I think is good idea since everybody has different type of hygiene even tho have been there for years but if someone can serve it will be even better in my personal opinion. There's a spot where you can order your Coffee Bean is very open and you can go around and I believe that area should be close and order witho6ŕut passing through the coffees sack.Overall is a good supermarket but definitely some things have to be fixed.

Fairway is definitely better than your usual Fine Fare and Keyfood. I would reccomend coming here when it's the holiday season to get all the items you need since they have nice sales around that time. The fruits, dairy products, meat, and veggies are always fresh. Nice place to pick up a quick sandwich and chips for lunch. They have items that your basic grocery store wouldn't have which is great. Having a lot of options can be amazing.

Best prices in the area... they have moet for under 60 and have weekly sales unlike other liquor stores in the area. Always friendly, courteous and professional. Definitely ho if you have an event for great bulk prices

This place has the largest selection of bottles I have ever seen. It's like an alcohol supermarket instead of just a liquor store! Their mdse ranges from high-end collector's bottles (or VERY NICE gift) to reasonably priced versions of just about everything. There are rums, wines, tequilas, champagnes, vodkas- soooo many vodkas! Highly recommend.
