Service is good. Access hours are decent! Prices a bit high but good place to store your items. The provide climate controlled facility. Access codes make it easy to enter and leave the premises freely. Elevators available.

My experience here was amazing. I got help from Ozzie and another young man who did an amazing job assisting me. I’ve made a call to the call center to share my review with them explaining that the two young men were very big help very sweet very kind and explained everything thoroughly. If anything goes wrong I will assure you that they will offer you another option or storage unit to accommodate your needs so again, thank you Ozzie

The Storage Manager Ozzie is so knowledgeable, helpful and sympathetic towards customers. He understood when I told him that I had reached my limit with the unit room and needed to clean it out before my next months bill date arrives. With each day that passed, he patiently checked up on my progress of moving things out of my unit before I finally succeeded in cleaning out my entire unit.

I recently moved into Storage Post, and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and eager to assist. They took the time to show me around and help me select the perfect unit for my needs. The manager Ozzie forgive me if I misspelled his name was hands down the best manager of a storage facility that I have ever came across. He’s the Jalen Hurt of storage post. MVP.
The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-organized, and secure. I felt completely at ease knowing that my belongings are protected with their advanced security features, including 24/7 surveillance and gated access.
Moving in was a breeze, thanks to the convenient loading docks and ample parking spaces available. I also appreciated the selection of packing supplies available on-site, which made it easy to grab everything I needed without any extra trips.
What truly set Storage Post apart was the exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, answering all my questions and providing helpful tips on how to maximize my storage space.

ozzie is the best. took his time to show me room sizes. we ended up going upstairs TWICE so that i felt comfortable with my unit size. he explains everything in detail. thank you so much ozzie. i highly recommend this place and definately look for OZZIE.
