Even afterwards, she took the time to write me few emails and even a personal note after the passing of one of my dogs. “I was in search of a new vet doctor for my fur babies, I called VCG, and from the phone call alone, I was attached!! The rep (Jessica), who answered my call, was extremely polite, to say the least. She took the time to ask questions about my cat, to best fit him into the schedule. She offered same day appointment after making sure the other client was no longer coming for their appointment. Once I got there, the place was clean and bright, I felt very welcomed ? I don't remember the nurse's name, but she too was kind and caring. Dr. Ma was also very kind and showed a lot of caring and concern for my Tigger. My overall experience was amazing, and my Tigger, who is very scared of strangers, surprisingly was comfortable walking around at ease because he sensed he was around good professional people. The next day, Dr. Ma called me right away with his test results. I am happy to have found a new vet to treat my fur babies when they fall ill. ? may whoever come to this practice have a wonderful experience as I did!!”

“I bring my dog here and they are the best. I found a tick on my dog in October and was worried he may have Lyme disease so I brought him today to get Lyme testing and a vaccine. He also had eye issues. The vet and the staffs were so sweet. My dog is not the easiest to handle- he’s not aggressive but he can be a handful. They were so patient with him and gentle. The vet gave him a full physical- even pointed out things I was not aware of as in a lump on his shoulder. They took care of his eyes and prescribed medication. They also performed the Lyme test in house so I was able to get results same day.The wait was not long- they actually honor appointments (I know some places I went to- I would still be waiting an hour even though i made an appointment haha) I really like all the staffs here and everyone was very professional and bedside manner was great! Also the prices are so cheap compared to other places. I was expecting $500+ but nope- def paid less than that. I highly highly recommend this place to everyone.”
