Yesterday Elhaam was so impressive. He had not only helped me, but he was asked for help by 5 other people who walked in-- when we come in with our questions we usually come in carrying a whole lot of anxiety. In other words, we're not our best selves.
His patience was amazing. His knowledge never-ending. I was moved --truly I was.”

When I got to the front he was very polite and he was also greeting people coming into the store, which I appreciate. Not only did he get me to buy the bigger charger than I wanted but convinced me to buy a usb cable as well. All in all spending the extra money wasn't an issue because he was very polite and helpful even though I don't have boost mobile I will come back here when I have needs for my phone.”
