“This particular Verizon store on 2nd Avenue and 90th street is one that I look forward to coming to when I have a question. The people who work there have always been so amazing.
Yesterday Elhaam was so impressive. He had not only helped me, but he was asked for help by 5 other people who walked in-- when we come in with our questions we usually come in carrying a whole lot of anxiety. In other words, we're not our best selves.
His patience was amazing. His knowledge never-ending. I was moved --truly I was.”

“The staff was lovely. I came in to ask about an upgrade phone for my son. They were able to assist me and provide me with a plan with all details if I decided to upgrade. We thought about it and came back two days later to upgrade and take advantage of the Black Friday Deal. We ended up updating 2 phones to the new Iphone 17 Pro Max, we got 2 iPads and a great deal for our trade in phones.
