“This particular Verizon store on 2nd Avenue and 90th street is one that I look forward to coming to when I have a question. The people who work there have always been so amazing.
Yesterday Elhaam was so impressive. He had not only helped me, but he was asked for help by 5 other people who walked in-- when we come in with our questions we usually come in carrying a whole lot of anxiety. In other words, we're not our best selves.
His patience was amazing. His knowledge never-ending. I was moved --truly I was.”

We thought about it and came back two days later to upgrade and take advantage of the Black Friday Deal. We ended up updating 2 phones to the new Iphone 17 Pro Max, we got 2 iPads and a great deal for our trade in phones.

The owner, Kirby, was just as impressive. He stepped in to assist and also contacted customer service to make sure everything was handled properly. It’s clear that he truly cares about both his customers and his staff.
