“This place was great and is sorely missed by many, including me. For some reason Google refuses to accept that it’s been permanently closed since the end of 2025. I give Google zero stars for refusing to accept reality.”
“I have been to rochester art supply around 5 times after finding it earlier this month and every time ive gone they are kind and helpful as well as knowledgeable. I have needed to get a lot of stuff for my profession and they have such a large supply of so many different brands. I genuinely am going to go here more than places like Michael's or hobby lobby because this store seems so much more friendly in all ways.”
“Every town should have a store like this. Any craft item you could possibly want at a discounted price because it was donated. I never fail to fill up a bag when I go in.”
“Tons of items, all kinds of things. Helpful floor associates and cashiers. Downside is the 50%off Christmas items were scattered all over the store. Overall it's a great place. It would be nice if they had mobility scooters to shop with.”

“First of all she was so accommodating to staying open past closing time for my daughter and I but most of all very knowledgeable and friendly…the words of my daughter ‘she is an anti-Karen’ & ‘seems like you and her can be best friends’ lolThank you again!”
