This place is actually so bad. I don’t recommend going here if you want actual progress. Please save your money and go elsewhere. 🫤

Dont come here for voice lessons. I have starbridge and they completely misrepresented their contract. The lessons were objectively bad and not what i was expecting / up to my standards. They are just in it for the starbridge money. They also held my debit card hostage and threatened to charge me $160 if I didnt come in and do the lessons because starbridge wouldn't pay for it. I thought I was signing up for 1 lesson. I didn't want to continue them because well, they sucked and I hated it. In my first lesson we spent the entire time looking for sheet music and that's basically it. (They charged $80 for that plus $35 for materials that we didnt even use)
Because of this my Fiscal Intermediary and everyone im connected with at starbridge will no longer be recommending Bach To Rock to any starbridge people because they are trying to take disabled kids for a ride.
I would genuinely be embarrassed to work here.
If you are looking to learn music and you have starbridge or are on any other program look elsewhere.
Note: this is not the fault of the person who was assigned to me, but rather how the system is set up and the malicious tactics they use.

One week music camp is a lot of fun but regular offerings can't accommodate many of today's busy families.

I am thrilled to be involved with Bach 2 Rock both personally and professionally. As a father of a student I see the joy and excitement that surrounds each lesson. I have seen tremendous growth in skill, note reading as well as coming up with her own music. Professionally as the Recreation Director of Heather Heights I have seen benefits from two different programs. Music Memory Lane on our memory care unit has been a huge hit. Also we were honored to host a few Bach 2 Rock students who performed in our lobby! I am truly honored to have found Bach 2 Rock and their amazing staff and students!! Highly recommend Bach 2 Rock!!!

Stan and the whole crew are amazing. My son has gotten so much more than just music lessons from here; he’s also building self confidence and fantastically terrible puns!

This was exquisitely fun and a very smooth experience. The passionate and funny faculty were happy to accommodate my family and 5 friends for my birthday party. Since most of us had musical experience, we did a rock rendition (+ bassoon) of a Taylor Swift song. I didn't have much to change in the final recording, but if I had had any requests, they were ready to make them for me! 2 hours doesn't sound like a lot, but we weren't rushed or under pressure at all. And yeah, having musical experience is good, but if you're not musical at all, it's no extra effort for them to incorporate you if you want to learn - but if you just want to hang out the whole time, that's fine too. Bach to Rock let some of us jam out in the main room while others were back in the recording area. Would highly recommend for friends.

The camps are a waste of time. Don't sign any contracts with this company. All the owner cares about is making money.

Our son has been taking guitar lessons with Dan for several weeks now and has been progressing nicely. Dan offers great feedback and helps motivate him to want to be better and practice. We also had our son's birthday party in January at Bach to Rock, and the party was led by Mike. Everyone had an awesome time! Everyone at the Penfield location is amazing and friendly!

Just to share about me; I own a kids art center in the area and I booked Bach to Rock for my OWN son who is 11 so he could do something different and on his own. He has an interest in the drums but really, he just wanted to rock out. He would like to go back for summer here and after baseball, soccer, and gymnastics have all failed in past summers I am pretty thrilled this is one place he can't wait to go back to.

I love the studio. It has a lot of music instruments for kids to explore. However, I which we as parents will get some insight to our kids from their teachers as well.
