These folks know how to make you feel loved and appreciated. Not necessarily what you need from a bank, but they have my entire trust and respect as well.They smoothly took care of me between switching bank accounts from my hometown, buying a house, and setting up a joint account with my partner all within the course of months. All of the personnel and tellers provide fantastic service with a smile and pleasant conversation. The building itself is very clean and well-decorated. I haven't found my way into any other locations as this is closest to where I live and in a prime spot.As a sidebar, nothing to do with their efficient and easy banking, but as someone who has seen a fair share of car accidents at the intersection of Penfield and Whitney, these guys are always the first out of the building and attending to the scene, making calls and helping bystanders. It really speaks to the kind community members they are and I appreciate all of the staff for making the bank and the neighborhood a better place. Thank you CNB!

There's one teller here that is extremely curt and has an attitude problem with me. I have been a customer of CNB for years and I have never been treated like this before.

It was a major pain to get an account on the app so I ended up having a late fee charged on my first payment because I had to wait for them to send me deposits to verify my app account. Didn’t have this problem with the last bank I took out a loan with so next vehicle I’ll make sure to request the previous credit union as it was more easily accessible. I’ve never been late on one payment and now my first payment with this company was late. Unfortunately I do not use checks and I wasn’t paying $20 more to pay with my card over the phone so the app is the only way that I can pay.

Best Bank on the planet. I use all aspects of this bank from personal to business and every person I interact with is professional and attentive to the customers needs. I work primarily with The Penfield NY branch and Harry, The manager is wonderful and his staff including Shea and Amity are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Keep up the good work CNB!

Kind of a weird bank. I have an auto loan with them. Over the years no statements from them, no flyers, no calls, no mail, but they cash the checks.

I've been banking with CNB since I was 13 and had my first bank account. They are exceptionally quick in posting payments and withdrawals making it easy to keep track of finances. Staff members are all very nice. Service is quick and with many ways to do your banking, it's a no brainer.

I would bank with them if they were near me. They are always so friendly when I am in the area. I have stopped in on a few occasions to get coin and coffee. They have the best bank coffee! And it's free! One time I got a Boston Cream flavored coffee and it tasted just like the doughnut!
