“I want to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing staff and management team at Delta Sonic in Penfield, NY.
On Monday, I accidentally lost my wallet at the store. I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later.....by then, I was going crazy trying to figure out where I had last used it. Eventually, I remembered I had tipped the kind gentleman who cleaned the inside of my car, so I called Delta Sonic to check.To my relief, the management team told me they had found a wallet that matched my description. When I went in to see it, it turned out to be mine with nothing missing. In fact, there was even a bit more cash in it than I remembered having!
I can’t express how much this experience meant to me. I had been going through a tough time personally and had started to lose faith in humanity. But what the staff at Delta Sonic and that honest person did completely restored my faith. Their integrity, honesty, and genuine care really touched my heart.
A huge thank you to the entire Delta Sonic team and the good Samaritan who brought my wallet in. Your kindness made a lasting impact.... it’s something I’ll never forget.

I most recently had multiple scratches removed and they are 100% gone. “Tom with Deiure Detailing did a great job and helped me out of a pickle. My wife needed to transport some coworkers on short notice and I had injured my knee earlier in the week to the point that I wasn't up to getting my truck cleaned up on short notice. I called a few other detailing businesses and they were all booked up for the next 10 days or so, but Tom was able and willing to come out the next day and do an interior and exterior detail. It looks amazing and smelled clean and new! He transformed my truck in my driveway quickly and efficiently, leaving nothing but a sparkling vehicle behind.”

“This touch-free car wash uses high quality ionized liquids which makes wiping off crud a cinch, like dead insects piled up from driving long distances on the highway.Just have some microfiber cloths to wipe down your car and hand dry it after the wash. You'll be able to get out almost everything, including the orange oxidation spots on your paint.Washes like the Royal Wash do not use high quality detergents and thus cannot get out stains like dead insects even a quarter as well.It is more expensive in bulk than the Royal Wash which does unlimited washes per month at $25/mo. The overall wash quality of the touch less laser wash is much better than the Royal Wash at $10/pop.”
“I am so impressed with the young man who was working the car wash today, May 28, 2024 at 9:10 am. Even though I paid for the lowest priced car wash, he took such extra care to rinse my car before going into the wash. I hadn't gotten my car washed in a while so he was observant enough to see it really needed it.
I've seen this employee working at Malcho's for several years now and he always does a great job. Hold on to him and give him a well deserved raise!”

“Brushless car wash. Laser water jets. Actually, it's not bad if you're in a hurry. I had a ton of dirt from a winery and saw this place. 16 bucks. The works. 9 wash and fry. The fry want not great. I had three Terry towels and they all were very wet. However after some drying she looks beautiful again.”

My experience in the past month with getting a new car and already having 2 vehicles on a plan the Webster location that just opened on Empire is great. I was in there 2 times this past week. Anthony & Maddy where very helpful and able to get it all straightened out for me. Great service! They also give a great bug spray there which is key this time of year.”
