I used to love Wegman’s but I feel like it has gone downhill. Prices go up and service goes downhill.

I just wanted to Thank the employees at Wegmans, espically the Customer Service people and Custoidians as well as the rigister staff.I lost my hearing aid on Monday. I tried to track it with my app on my phone but couldn" t find it. The Front End Staff and Customer Service as well as the Helping hands tried to help as well. I left my name and number to call if they founf it and they also alertred the custoidial staff as well but I thought it was lost.
Well the next afternoon I got a phone call saying they found it!! Special thanks to custoidal staff and
Alex at the register for finding it and turning it into customer service! Wegmans has a very caring staff and although we are all under stress at this time with covid, they still take the time to care. I would recommend this store to anyone. You have a great staff of people. Just know I really appreciare your caring!!

We did curb side pick up. They never texted or emailed us to let us know the order was ready. Got disconnected twice when calling. Items were substituted with items we didn’t want. Was charged for 2 of one item we only got 1. Not happy!
