“Dollar Tree is a great cheap option for the little items you need. They have started getting in better items at more than their "dollar" limit but growth is good. Lines can be long but never too bad.”

“This store is well stocked and has a variety of candies and other non-perishables, it's also generally tidy and organized. Recently, it appears they've added more items and increased shelf-space. My only complaint is the replacement of cashiers with self-checkout.”
“I've always said every chain store operates differently. This I feel is due to management, employees, location. And this is definitely true with "Dollar Tree" stores.
Dollar Tree store do have cost cutting benefits. But I may add they are no longer everything just a dollar. Due to many changes inflation, and sometimes I think the Pandemic didn't help us. Products at Dollar Tree now range from $1.25 up to $5.00 dollars.
There are Dollar Tree stores all over in many major cities. And here in the Rochester area and outer city areas there are several. And I've visited many.
Some of stores I've visited look like the old days, like Sibley's, McCurdy's, Sears & Roebuck, and the list goes on. And then there are stores that look like a landfill, a bomb hit it.
The Pattonwood store is a very well run store. All the inventory is neatly organized, the employees are helpful. If you're in the area, check them out. I gave them a 4 star because things have changed with pricing.”
“I give it.4. Stars and this is for all the dollar trees, according to how in their refrigerators they have identified the items that cost $3 $4. $5 dollars should also be charged on items in other parts of the store.”

“Relatively clean, big variety of items to choose from. I was particularly impressed with the wide selection of home goods, including soap, dish cleaning items, etc. They also had items for every single holiday simultaneously... Interesting. There is no handicapped accessible entrance here and no automatic door at the entrance.”
“Fine shopping center if I do say so myself. The tiled floor is ultra modern and is very inviting upon arrival... Nothing but the best! Such a great place in the thriving Waring Plaza.Although, I am sad to report that on one occasion I had a severe case a belotedness and as a result I laid a few farts in the store. The gal at the front end was deeply perturbed and grossed out. I had explained to her that the night before I had, on the request of a cool cat named Enrique, to try some rice and frijoles. Needless to say the meal "escaped me" and some farts escaped. This facility should be more sympathetic to one's bowels and gas output. Cheers!”
“So I come here on a regular occasion. I always walk in for 1 2 3 things. And I walk out with 20. So I was here yesterday and I did the same thing as I always do I came for two things and literally walked out with over $20 in stuff. I came back today because I ended up with a candy bar and my coat pocket that I did not pay for. I made sure to get here before they closed and the doors were locked 8 minutes before 9:00. I came all the way out here to return an item that was $1.25 due to a guilty conscious cuz I actually ended up eating the Godiva candy bar.. The employees came out at 9:00 and would not allow me to pay for this. They told me to keep it. I don't think it's their right to allow and or give something away being that it's not their money and they don't own the store.”

“Family Dollar on Portland Avenue and Draper Street is the usual one that I use. For the most part they have everything I need. And now that The Rite Aid pharmacy on Portland is closed, I seem to be going to Family dollar a little bit more. “I went into this Dollar General last night 3/18/23 and I was so pleasantly surprised! In the past when we’ve gone in there you can barely get down any of the isles because there is so much merchandise that needed to be put away, clearly they were shorthanded and the manager didn’t care. The gentleman who was the manager was usually either just hiding in the back or outside having a cigarette. Last night there was a woman there working racing around putting things away and straightening up the shelves. I knew this newly organized store was all thanks to her. The gentleman manager was still at the front checking people out but I hope that she is the new manager because she has clearly turned the store around! Thank you for working hard to make our shopping experience better!”

“Any time I’ve gone into the ER location, they’ve always been kind and helpful. If I have to wait in line, the cashier usually goes fast but I usually use the self checkout which is easy to use. They’re usually fully stocked on everything and I’ve never had an issue finding anything.”

“This is the most proximate Family Dollar to my current residence. Seems somewhat smaller than others further away from me, but the staff is the friendliest I have encountered yet.
Shelves are adequately stocked, but plenty of snacks are permitted to expire and sit there so caveat emptor. Furthermore, the profusion of loaded pallets in the aisles is an annoyingly recurring theme that reflects the lack of due diligence on the part of the stock personnel.
Overall, my shopping experiences have merited a ⭐⭐⭐1/2 but I will round it up, rather than down, solely on the strength of the SUPER cute cashier who fr frequently rings me out. ?”
