“Absolutely love this store when i walk in im greeted sweetly if i need assistance im helped if the lines are long or a person like me with a shopping problem and a million things in my cart the manager Heather (the heavyweight champ of all other DTs yup!)(not calling her fat guys she is not! But she is the sugar hunny iced tea tho ?)will stop what shes doing on the floor to open a line and get ppl out quicker. Heather is absolutely wonderful ❤️ ill be back a million more times ive been to DTs all over the city and outside the city of Rochester and this one is my favorite because the vibes are warm and sweet loving and kind! “This is the Dollar Tree in the Plaza with Walmart. They are getting the isles updated & getting items more organized per the guy info. It is looking a lot better. More new items, laundry baskets, plastic containers to hold magazines, etc.

“Relatively clean, big variety of items to choose from. I was particularly impressed with the wide selection of home goods, including soap, dish cleaning items, etc. They also had items for every single holiday simultaneously... Interesting. There is no handicapped accessible entrance here and no automatic door at the entrance.”
“I have other Dollar Tree stores closer to me, but I drive to the Panarama location. It’s always well stocked and neat. The ladies there are always helpful. This is the location to shop if you want a professional and always put together store.”
“Fine shopping center if I do say so myself. The tiled floor is ultra modern and is very inviting upon arrival... Nothing but the best! Such a great place in the thriving Waring Plaza.Although, I am sad to report that on one occasion I had a severe case a belotedness and as a result I laid a few farts in the store. The gal at the front end was deeply perturbed and grossed out. I had explained to her that the night before I had, on the request of a cool cat named Enrique, to try some rice and frijoles. Needless to say the meal "escaped me" and some farts escaped. This facility should be more sympathetic to one's bowels and gas output. Cheers!”

“Went to this location to get items to prepare Easter baskets for my students. Found everything except the cellophane bags. They did have the bag with decorations on them. I needed the clear ones. Other than that my visit was fine. They opened up another register when the line got long and my cashier was awesome.”

“Family Dollar on Portland Avenue and Draper Street is the usual one that I use. For the most part they have everything I need. And now that The Rite Aid pharmacy on Portland is closed, I seem to be going to Family dollar a little bit more. Can't quite figure out why I don't give it that fifth star but I'm sure it'll come to me soon.”

“I went into this Dollar General last night 3/18/23 and I was so pleasantly surprised! In the past when we’ve gone in there you can barely get down any of the isles because there is so much merchandise that needed to be put away, clearly they were shorthanded and the manager didn’t care. The gentleman who was the manager was usually either just hiding in the back or outside having a cigarette. Last night there was a woman there working racing around putting things away and straightening up the shelves. I knew this newly organized store was all thanks to her. The gentleman manager was still at the front checking people out but I hope that she is the new manager because she has clearly turned the store around! Thank you for working hard to make our shopping experience better!”
“Great store for gift bags, wrap and cards! I also love the cleaning products, and everything else you might need, check here first before the more expensive consumer options. I wish that they had more employees to shorten the checkout lines, things could be a little more organized also. I stopped in to try to find something for my daughters large amount of earrings. I found 2 items $ 1.25 each (basket & paper towels holder) that would work together to solve the problem, just use some hot glue, spray paint and embellishments to make it pretty!”

“Any time I’ve gone into the ER location, they’ve always been kind and helpful. If I have to wait in line, the cashier usually goes fast but I usually use the self checkout which is easy to use. They’re usually fully stocked on everything and I’ve never had an issue finding anything.”
“Great store!! Very clean!! Friendly staff, even though I felt very overwhelmed by the loud over the top tmi talking pushed on everyone that would listen from the cashier. Sometimes it's good to stop and let the customers that your conversating with also be able to speak. Even though that was overwhelming it was still a great experience.”

“This is the most proximate Family Dollar to my current residence. Seems somewhat smaller than others further away from me, but the staff is the friendliest I have encountered yet.
Shelves are adequately stocked, but plenty of snacks are permitted to expire and sit there so caveat emptor. Furthermore, the profusion of loaded pallets in the aisles is an annoyingly recurring theme that reflects the lack of due diligence on the part of the stock personnel.
Overall, my shopping experiences have merited a ⭐⭐⭐1/2 but I will round it up, rather than down, solely on the strength of the SUPER cute cashier who fr frequently rings me out. ?”
