Went above and beyond. Exceptional! When the passing of a loved one occurs it is often a new and alien experience. As a result, you feel vulnerable and at risk for exploitaton. This feeling was completely unfounded at Jennings. The people at Jennings handled my father's passing ethically and compassionately. The owner personally drove my father 10 hours so he could be buried in our home town. Furthermore, the people at Jennings reviewed my bill, without my request, and issued me a refund when they felt I was overcharged. You'd be hard pressed in any industry to find people more caring and honest.

We are so grateful for the services you provided to our families after the passing of our Dad.Each of you provided us with your patience and gave us reassurance knowing you took care of every detail.Jeff, Scott and Amy, thank you so much for your professionalism, for being flexible, patient and very helpful. Dealing with families in grief must be very taxing. Thank you for not showing that.You are a wonderful blessing to us.

Handheld our way through a most difficult time. Took care of everything. Went above and beyond to meet our situation with sincere caring. These are good people, esp Mr. Jennings, and Scott. Even picking an urn was made as comforting as possible. It felt like we were in someone's dining room. There were many different urns of varying materials and for special purposes such as scattering, green burial, water burial, dissolving rock salt sculptures, and beautiful mantle display pieces from traditional to modern materials and from classic to contemporary designs, all extremely tasteful and selected in an atmosphere with just the right amounts of privacy and of staff assistance. All their services not only came in a range of choices to fit any style or budget, but were priced extremely fairly.

Was at the funeral home recently, the woman directing people entering did not clarify herself on the directions for entering. People were going every which way. Some people were upset and actually left. I was not going the right way when entering and was told by the director very nasty. I told him I did not appreciate being spoken to like that and his response to me was sorry I am not very intelligent!!! He then stated if I didn’t like it I would be thrown out. I am 66 years old and have never been talk to like that. He was totally unprofessional!!! Showed no class. They should have just apologized for the confusion but opted to instead treat me totally disrespectful. I would never go to that funeral parlor ever again.

Jeff and his staff were excellent. All the I’s were dotted and T’s were crossed. They did a great job from beginning to end. Celebrating our father’s life was seamless. Thanks Jeff.

Jeff may be able the nicest, most genuine person I have ever met. He did a great job with both my parents’ arrangements. He made a very sad time, manageable. I can not say enough about them. I HIGHLY recommend Jennings Nulton and Mattel.
