“I just wanted to Thank the employees at Wegmans, espically the Customer Service people and Custoidians as well as the rigister staff.I lost my hearing aid on Monday. I tried to track it with my app on my phone but couldn" t find it. The Front End Staff and Customer Service as well as the Helping hands tried to help as well. I left my name and number to call if they founf it and they also alertred the custoidial staff as well but I thought it was lost.
Well the next afternoon I got a phone call saying they found it!! Special thanks to custoidal staff and
Alex at the register for finding it and turning it into customer service! Wegmans has a very caring staff and although we are all under stress at this time with covid, they still take the time to care. I would recommend this store to anyone. You have a great staff of people. Just know I really appreciare your caring!!
