I really stopped trusting the Penfield M&T Bank branch when they put a freeze on my checking account falsely accusing me of fraud. So strange because I’ve been banking with them for so long. Stopped banking with them immediately. STAY AWAY!

Enough already with the outside atm not accepting deposits! Every day the outside atm is either shut down or not accepting deposits. Why is that ALL m t outside atm are not working properly? Finally do something about it!! Don’t just ignore it!!!!

The manager of the bank now, Christine Bachmann …is amazing. She is super knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I feel like the whole atmosphere in the bank is much more positive since she came. There is a somewhat new teller who has also changed the environment of the bank for the better. His name is RJ. They both make the experience of banking at this location, positive one!

The manager was in his office coffing while unmasked with the door open. When I pointed out the teller made a scene and called him over to talk with me. She said well he is the manager and he can do what he wants. He then said that he doesn't have to wear a mask if he is 6ft away. if customers have to wear masks the staff should too. Very disappointed that MandT bank does not value customer safety during a pandemic.

I went this branch to pay my credit . The clerk request me driving license. I gave her.Then asked me full address. It doesn't make sense to request driving license and address for paying credit. No one ask me before

Okay I don't know who put in the idea to take the deposit slips away from the counters that the customer works on their paperwork? Now and actually for a while now you have to walk up to the teller ask them for a deposit slip like you're in kindergarten asking your teacher for a piece of paper so you can write on. So now when you're standing there trying to do your banking with the teller directly in front of you and you're trying to fill out all the paper that you're trying to fill out because you're not over at the table where you belong, so now you're tying up every customer behind you with your paperwork that you could have taken care of at the table that is meant for that. I hate waiting in line behind someone that has 50,000 things to fill out and holds up everybody else behind them because they have to fill out all the paperwork in front of the teller. To me it's another one of those crazy ideas from someone who gets paid some ridiculous amount of money to sit around and try to dream up stupid ideas to make them look like they're productive. Put the deposit slips back for the customers where they belong. This is stupid
