If you're looking for a safe, caring and fun environment for your children to grow, then Pea Pods is the center to go with. Hands down. They form such nurturing relationships with the children. Every morning at drop off, my son reaches over to his teacher and leaves my arms with a smile. To me, that speaks volumes.

Coming up on 4 years at Pea Pods. It's our second home! The location is perfect for us. The shaded, private playground is a favorite. After having my 2nd, the best part was all the familiar faces in the baby room from 3 year prior. Hard to find, but representative of great leadership at the center!

I love Pea Pods. The teachers that interact with both my children daily are one of a kind. They show so much love and compassion for my children. It is nice to know that when I send my kids to daycare I know they are in good hands. The teachers are always easy to reach out to and are willing to help. If my child will be late because of a doctor's appointment they make sure to set breakfast aside for them. If my child is leaving early they make sure they get a snack to bring home. They always go above and beyond to make them feel extra special. I will miss seeing all these teachers when my kids move on.

My children have been at Pea pods for the last 4.5 years. The staff are loving, fun and we are so grateful for their kind hearts. Many of the staff have been there for a long time and that consistency has turned them into family! We are always greeted with smiles and I feel confident leaving my kids there each morning. The brightwheel app they use is wonderful for communication. We just love everyone there so much!

My twins have been at Pea Pods in Penfield since they were 4.5 months old. As infants, they were so well taken care of and loved by the staff. They made us, as new parents, feel comfortable leaving our children in their care. My twins are now almost through their preschool program and ready for pre-k. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional and they truly care about my kids.

My kids have attended Penfield Pea Pods for over five years and we have had no complaints! The staff are great and they have been able to provide the flexibility and affordability that we need. My kids have loved going and learning, playing, and making friends. I recommend the center for any family looking for childcare or preschool!

There is no other group of people or daycare center I would trust with my children other than Pea Pods Child Care Center. They are more than just a center, they are family, taking care of and loving your children as though they were their own. The attention and level of professionalism in this place is unmatched anywhere as far as daycares go. I'm constantly impressed by the constant communication via an app called BrightWheel. If your child ever got hurt, they take care of them as though they are their own child, being attentive and caring. I have never had a problem with this center for the year I have used them, everyone is kind and so wonderful, from the management who is easy to connect with, to the staff whom I have grown to love. Putting your little ones in a daycare can be scary and turn into a nightmare; Pea Pods keeps my children safe and helps them grow in so many ways. Thank you Pea Pods for your care of my children and being so great.

Out of neglect a child who's parent I'm close with, had to receive STICHES, due to an injury from their neglect. I was told to give a visitation schedule, after having already provided a court order. I provided this meticulously through the brightwheel app. They told me they wanted me to email it to them. I emailed it and they told me they wanted a calendar format. Highly unnecessary, as they could've easily put these days into any month on any calendar themselves. There has been a CONSTANT lack of communication. I asked if I could have a menu for each month, so I knew what my daughter was ingesting. They said they would and clearly had one, but after that day, NONE was provided. There have been field trips and required items to bring in, and I NEVER get notified, but on the same app, other parents show me they ARE being notified. The lack of professionalism is HORRIBLE

My daughter spent the first 4 years of her life here and my husband and I are truly grateful for the level of care she received throughout the years!

Pretty annoyed with this place, i guess they pick an choose their kids or are just plain disorganized. Last year i did the tour filled out registration an the whole shabam to start my child off in with the toddlers then last minute when i have to start work in 2 days im told " oh, sorry your spots not open anymore" because apparently the lady who had some adopted kid that attended whom was suppose to leave wasnt leaving anymore an that was my kids spot. I think they met my hyper kid an just didnt want her. Or if that wasnt the case, its unprofessional to tell someone last minute they cant enroll their kid after jumping threw loops to make it happen because their spots not open more. So i get put on waiting list an NEVER get a call . Then i call just recently a few weeks ago an talk to owner who tells me theres a spot open for my child who is now 3 an get a 10 a.m. appointment to come in following monday an im waiting out side for a half hour til i talk to director. Director had no ideal i was coming (disorganized) an then tells me the spot i was told that was open is filled already..How funny considering i was on waiting list over a year an never got a call. Snooty people who pick an choose their kids. I will never look in this centers direction or recommend to anyone!!
