When it comes to renewing my medication, they are always off. Which is annoying. You'd think they would find a way and correct it but no, it's always WRONG.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I am fortunate to have my prescriptions filled at the Penfield Wegmans.
The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to learn my name, which I appreciate.
I trust the pharmacists and they always have answers to my questions. I appreciate that I have the option to ask questions in person and on the phone. This is a busy store but the pharmacists and other staff never make me feel rushed.
I feel that I am cared for as a patient and as a whole person. In fact, one of the pharmacists literally saved my life when she was an intern as I was given medications at the emergency room that would have interacted with an established medication I was taking.
As I mentioned, this is a busy store. I recommend calling ahead to ensure my prescriptions are ready. Even though I plan to pick up my prescriptions hours later, they are often done within a half an hour. Impressive.
I appreciate the text messages that tell me when I can pick things up and I also appreciate the reminder texts. They help me stay organized.
Thank you to all who work at the Penfield pharmacy. You do a fantastic job.

Transfered to this store from Pittsford due to a move to Penfield panorama area, they NEVER fill my meds on time....my Dr sent my meds over Tuesday & they're still NOT filled!!! I'm not calling again....I'll be there first thing in the morning to the find out the problem this time!!! TRANSFER OUT IS NEXT!

So I wasn’t initially going to leave a review but honestly I just have to say. That Karri was who I spoke to earlier this week and she had a whole attitude towards me. Penfield is my preferred location to pick up medicine but due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control, it became suddenly not so convenient. So I called and spoke with Karri asking if it was possible to have the prescription transferred to a closer location. I wasn’t rude whatsoever in asking and I didn’t demand that they be transferred. I was simply asking if it was a possibility and she gave me an attitude about it and then abruptly hung up on me after saying she would call and ask the other location I was inquiring about. I was already extremely anxious about calling and asking and honestly her being as rude as she was makes me inclined to start picking up the medication somewhere else altogether. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or something but a rule of thumb generally is to not mistreat someone if they aren’t mistreating you. Kinda wish that mind set had been reciprocated. I was also never called back to be informed whether or not the prescription could actually be transferred in the first place as she basically was like “welp I don’t know if we can even do that I’ll have to call and ask.” Like okay well a little communication would’ve been stellar.

I am an aide and I pick up my consumer's meds for a few years now. My consumer has not had any problems with the pharmacy; like some others have had. I don't understand why they are having problems and why Wegmans continues to have problems without any inquiries?

Jessie is phenomenal, thorough and a gem! She embodies all great traits you want when looking for someone to use kindness and compassion while handling things like medical needs. She’s gone above and beyond to make a painful process PAINLESS. To say i’m impressed is an understatement and this coming from a granddaughter of a pharmacist. Please give her all the kudos and recognize her for all her hard work!!!
