“I had never gotten my brows done before so I was a little nervous booking an appointment, but after reading Just Browsing's reviews I decided to go for it. The entire process was really smooth, from finding what service I wanted ("1st time brow sculpting") to booking the appointment, to showing up at the location and having it done. The day of the appointment I was in and out in 20 minutes and was more than happy with the results. Morgan was also really friendly and I have no qualms about going back! They definitely lived up to their 5 stars.”

Not only did she help me find a skirt to match what my partner will be wearing, she had it tailored to my size by the next week, and even helped me coordinate my whole outfit based on a few shirts and shoes I brought from my closet. In addition to looking gorgeous, the skirt is comfortable, machine-washable, and even has pockets!”

Special shoutout to Emily for assisting my mother and I with our Barbour needs. My only wish is that the company itself would expand to 3XL, or Big & Tall sizes as most offerings are a bit snug for me (6’4, 280lbs for reference). Gold standard in customer experience.”

“It was my first time going into a store location, I usually order online and went on to return some items that didn't fit. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone thinking about visiting a Torrid.Positives: Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. No wait for a fitting room or check out and I went on a Saturday afternoon holiday weekend. Plenty of sizes of every item in stock and the store was clean and organized. Honestly probably the best retail experience I've had in a long time.Negatives: None! My only gripe is that a lot of styles I was interested in online are not sold in-store. But that is not the fault of this specific location, and they will even order sizes online they do not have in stock so you can pick them up in store.”
“I shopped here today and had a great experience with help from Trent. He was saying hello and welcoming each customer as they came into the store, then asked if there was anything particular I was looking for. I really hate shopping and had been in about 13 stores before this, without any store employees acknowledging me. So at this point I wanted help. I told him that I was looking for jeans and it had been years since I've bought a pair. I live on an island so shorts are my "go to." He was so quick to pull a couple pair and ask if I liked the style, then helped me find sizes. While I was in the dressing room, I could hear his bubbly personality greeting customers and helping other customers. When I cashed out, he was busy, but I was sure to thank him and tell him the store is lucky to have him! He's an asset to that store. I would've spent $300 on those jeans and not even blinked an eye lol! I literally did not even look at the cost. The experience was that great! As a business owner I can appreciate that he was loving his job and working hard for the company. Most people these days show up to work and do the minimum just to get a pay check. I could tell Trent liked what he was doing. And if he was faking it, then fake it till you make it Trent! You are fabulous and Buckle is lucky to have you. Thank you again for a lovely shopping experience.”

“Continually just my favorite people to work with in any retail store. They go the extra mile. Forgive me I couldn't help myself. They're great at getting you the right shoe, and i highly recommend their aftermarket sole inserts. Have decreased my foot pain a great deal. Prevention is key though. I've never had a bad experience in any location, and I've been a customer for over 10 years in many places. But the victor location my current home spot. And they're just great.”

“I had the pleasure of shopping at J Jill at Eastview Mall this week. It was like a high-end boutique versus a regular mall store. The women were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made suggestions to create outfits and how to wear various pieces in a variety of ways. And they were so helpful in the dressing room, volunteering to bring alternate sizes and more. “My daughter had an interview here, they made her pick out an outfit for a boy and a girl for a christmas party and they weren’t really impressed with what she picked out, she needed to add accessories. They told her she would have to try and get customers to add to their purchases.
